Ordered a carhartt bag and it wasn’t in stock, so choose the option to cancel it as I. Ended a bag that week now I’m on day 35 of waiting for a refund. Absolute joke of a company. 17th of September was when the order was canceled

Avoid Ordering!

Ordered a sweatshirt on 24/9/25. Received an email on the 1/10/25 telling me my order was delayed, and it should be despatched within the next 7-10 days. I’ve sent several emails to find out where my order is, only to get an automated response every time. Avoid.

Feel like I’m being Scammed

I ordered a few pairs of carhartt socks from the Huh store. I’ve been fobbed off three times saying that they are waiting for stock to come in. Eventually I got an email from a person called Jack. After searching huh store I can see he is the owner on linked in. He says that I have to wait as there is a stock error . 3 months this has gone on for. No refund at the moment, just strung along. No number to ring on the website.

Genuinely the biggest joke of a company…

Genuinely the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever ordered from. I am incredulous that this company is still in business.

I waited 3 months for an order that never arrived, communication was limited to generic responses that don’t actually address any of the issues. Hey HUH store, telling me to check shipping updates on a 3 month late order isn’t helpful. You are the ones delaying the order you should take control of the communication to make your customers feel safe and not scammed.

I had to pursue a refund through PayPal because getting any non generic response from the shop was impossible.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for so long but the constant lack of communication was such an insult to my patience.

Do not order from this company. And if you are the owner of this company, what are you doing? You are not capable of running a business in any sense.

Item never arrived / no response

Ordered an item nearly two months ago which never arrived. They cited the item was awaiting restock but there was no indication of this on the website. After chasing several times for an update and then a refund, have heard nothing so now seeking compensation directly through my bank.

Same position as everyone else - ordered, never in stock, never delivered against their email promises. Cancelled no refund forthcoming - I now note that their website is down so I think that this is the end for getting anything back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE OWNER IS A THEIF! They take money for items and then don’t send the goods. They lie about refunds & cancelling orders. I have reported to the police and action fraud team. Please do the same.

FRAUDSTERS

Ordered items 5 weeks ago. Won’t update on me on the order and only send generic emails back every week or so. They won’t process me a refund. I’ve had to report it to my bank as fraud because I feel like they’ve stolen my money. Praying I get my money back. Avoid at all costs. Company owner is JACK LOWE.

Follow up to previous review. Carhaart rucksack. Successful refund via PayPal, but HUH had the absolute audacity to offer me a “partial refund” of £53.44 when I paid £53.45. I just couldn’t be arsed and accepted it, but it’s utterly petty behaviour from an absolute scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS.

Shocking scammers

Shocking scammers. Listing items on sale to lure you in, they’ll take your money straight away, then they’ll tell you the item is delayed, then stop responding altogether. I have claimed through my bank and will be reporting to trading standards. They should not be allowed to con people out of hard-earned money.

Do not use this website, I have ordered a bag over 2 1/2 weeks ago had no response, I will now have to chase a refund from them but more than likely have to go through my bank as they do not respond to you.

Waste of time and money.

3 weeks since large order made and only to get automated emails saying they're a small company and would get back to me with an update. Even getting emails to say if I send huh-order it would be directed to the right team to get back to me with a quicker update. When I decided to cancel the order for refund still no actual reply, just automated responses. Have had to go through my card provider to raise dispute and get a refund. No idea how this company are still going or how they ever received anymore than 1 star reviews

Generic response from customer service

Generic response from customer service. Updated link as “dispatched “ but no tracking link. Contacted customer service again, no response. 6 weeks and no item so case opened via PayPal. Do not like leaving negative feedback however if you are purchasing for a gift like I was i wouldn’t want anyone else to be disappointed.
