SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM HUH STORE.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM HUH STORE.
Ordered two pairs of Carhartt jeans which never arrived despite multiple emails to the customer service team. Only replies where generic automated "we're dealing with your inquiry" type messages. Now pursuing a refund through my bank. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

AVOID

Item not delivered despite email saying it’s on its way. Unable to get any customer service after weeks of trying, just an automated email. AVOID, didn’t get my item and have now taken it further as unable to get a response/refund from the store…..

Please stay away from this company,Complete waste of time,I have spent £242 and have received no items,keep getting the same generic messages about a delay.
The Zendesk reply's are the same continuously.

UPDATE

After back and forth emails of him saying a payment has been sent and declined because of security issues. I gave him bank details to refund my order. He still fobbed me off

I opened up a fraud/scam case with my bank and they gave me a full refund. I told him he’s going to have to deal with my bank and trading standards. Ur it must be water off a ducks back to him.

Don’t bother dealing with him just go through your bank if want a refund

Honestly a complete mess of a business

Honestly a complete mess of a business. Ordered a carhartt bag in mid September, paid for next day delivery (£10). Ended up not being dispatched and then I cancelled the order because the delivery was going to be late. Requested a refund on 19th September which is supposed to take maximum 10 working days, still haven’t received anything (17th October) and all my emails are being ignored. Just avoid at all costs

Ordered a coat + don’t think it’s arriving.

Ordered a coat, wish I’d have checked reviews as don’t think I’m ever getting it. No customer service just automated emails, no product and no way of getting a refund. I’ll have to go through my bank after 30 days. In the meantime I’m £50 down.

Avoid at all costs, scam! No items, no response, no willingness to provide a refund!!

Spent over £200 for the website to be a total scam. Paid for next day delivery. Received an automatic confirmation email, thought nothing of it. Didn’t receive items 2 days later, contacted the store to waiting days for a response which was an automated bot. No real person to speak to. Cancelled my order through an option on their website and no refund confirmation, no update, nothing. Contacted my bank and had to get the money back this way which still took over 3 weeks. Will be taking this further as after looking at reviews on here, I don’t know how they’re still an active trading company?!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Placed my order over 3 weeks ago and was informed of a delay in delivery 3 days later. Since then I’ve heard nothing despite numerous emails. I’ll be contacting my bank to try and get the payment back. If unsuccessful with my bank I will be going down to Canterbury to get my money or the goods I ordered.

Stealing from customers

They failed to deliver, despite us paying £6.95 for next day delivery. Have emailed them multiple times and made a complaint but had no reply and no refund. Seems to be a scam company stealing people’s money - avoid!

Ordered a hoody that was on sale 28/08/2025, paid £8 for next day delivery, the Hoody never turned up, loads of emails promising that it was coming and there was a slight delay. Told me they would refund the delivery, never did and then have gone radio silence for the last few weeks. Do not order from this place, big scam!

FRAUDS!!!!!!

This guy Jack from HuH is trying to tell me that my refund has been processed weeks ago,I haven't received 1 penny back for the item which I have purchased on the 27th of August. These guys are liars and frauds, I can't imagine how much money they owe people for goods that never ever have been sent to people who paid for those. Somebody should look into this. FRAUDS!!!!!!!
