Terrible product and even worse customer service. They claim to offer a 60 day money back guarantee and Free returns. The product was so loud it was quite scary and unsettling. There wasn’t a volume switch to turn the noise down which was very robotic and not at all soothing! They asked for a recording of the loud noise it made. Even after sending that they offered a low amount as a refund and to keep the product. I said no. Then they offered a higher refund amount which I refused. After several emails and a very long period of time they agreed I could send it back for a full refund and gave me an address in China saying I had to pay the postage cost. I tried to argue that on the website it showed a UK address for contact. They said that’s the office for administration but the products are made in China. I actually contacted Which? And they helped me fill in an official form stating the ‘Consumer Rights Act’ stating that if it was within the 60 day period from delivery I was within my rights for a full refund and the cost should be theirs for the return. They had so many data to reply and they replied literally on their last day, saying to help the bear and they would give a full refund - which took 30 days!
Do not purchase from these people - there are other suppliers out there with these products and they have a volume switch so that you can turn them down if too loud.

Products not fit for purpose. Break within 2-3 weeks, unrealistic sounds and very robotic. 2 year old was terrified of hers. 5 year old was more tolerant but his broke after 2 weeks of minimal use and "customer service" replied with 2 weeks is ample time to report any issues so we wont be issuing a refund or exchange. Appaling! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Disgusting scamming company. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering after seeing reviews, they replied and said they can cancel as long as it hasn’t been shipped and they’d check, they then ignored me for nearly 48 hours and said they couldn’t cancel because it had been shipped! So I said well I don’t want it I want a refund this isn’t my fault you didn’t cancel it when you were aware that was what I’d asked! Now I’ve been back and forth with them saying they’ll offer me a 10%- 20% refund or a full refund if I return but shipping costs to China are to be covered by me which will likely cost more than the beer itself! They do not care. The beer itself is awful quality too so I wouldn’t even consider keeping it!

Absolute rubbish, all the reviews are true, they don't last and stopped working after 1 week and I bought 3 as Xmas gifts so I am very upset that this are so bad. Don't waste your money

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! This is scamming at its finest! Never ever even think of buying from these scumbags! Thieves at best!
They won’t even allow you to make a return, they ask for unnecessary proof of photos and videos, even when you send it, nothing happens.
They have completely ignored my emails probably even blacklisted me.
Do not buy from these evil fools.

Mr A Poole bought a cot back in May the construction was terrible none of the bolt holes & screws matched up I would of sent it straight back but had grand daughter arriving so did not have the time so persevered & manged to get cot constructed took over 2hrs, today 26/02.2025 have gone to lower mattress setting only to notice only one pre drilled hole done instead of two so more work to be done don’t think this company ever checked the quality of this or any of the products they sell very shoddy.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive, and customer service are useless.

Based in china selling rubbish unfit for purpose misdescribed trash! You can’t get a refund they just offer discounts on the landfill they sell the website completely misrepresents the products DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Do not use this company they are a scam
The items /toys are not as advertised
They ignore your emails if you do not settle for a discounted refund and keep the item
I am having to go through my card issuer to get a refund

Rang my bank who are now trying to get my money back, ordered today for my grown up daughter, then realised this was a scam , i can't afford to lose £25

Scam company selling an inferior product than they advertise
If you have purchased, contact your bank immediately, you will be refunded as these guys are scammers. Also share far and wide so they don't get away with it any longer!

Received the dinosaur and stitch today, complete rip off. Poor quality no breathing effects just a whirring and the light doesn’t work on the stitch.
Pretty sure there are other companies who make better quality products and a lot cheaper. Avoid at all costs

Poor quality. I ordered two, and one of them stopped working in two days. Plus, it is super noisy; a child would never be able to sleep with it. When I requested my money back, they replied to me asking for a video showing it was not working. As if I was lying. What pathetic customer service. This is an online order, I have the right to return it. I strongly do not recommend it.

Bought a Huggly bear for my grandson. It’s absolutely appalling. Cheap tacky and quite dangerous hard prominent edges. Only fit for bin. Trying to get a refund but proving v difficult. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I bought 6 of the Huggies for my grandsons ands can say that I am very disappointed with how cheaply and roughly made these are and also the fact that one of them has actually stopped working after just one day leaving us with one very upset little boy. 😢Please don’t waste your money.
I truly do regret wasting my money on these 🙁

Useless piece of garbage. It is so disappointing when you give them as a gift on Christmas morning and they are crap. Very very sad for my 7 year old.
