They provide maintenance service to Firstport which is property management company of my flat - a fault was found with the comfort cooling system two years ago during a service, the engineer said someone will come back with a report / solution, no one did for a whole year despite numerous chasing via Firstport (which itself isn’t particularly good either - like attract like as you could see…), another engineer came during the second year service, found the same issue, promised to come back, never did.
