I received an incomplete order and contacted customer support immediately. What followed was over a month of delays, excuses, and being passed around without any real attempt to solve the problem.
The missing product is not even the main issue. The real issue is the complete lack of respect for the customer. After many previous orders, I expected professional service. Instead, I wasted more than a month of my time and still ended up without a solution.
If this is how the company treats returning customers, I can only imagine what first-time customers should expect.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my first order from HSN.
As a new customer, I deliberately chose to order several products in smaller quantities in order to test their quality before considering larger purchases in the future. Unfortunately, my first experience with HSN has been extremely disappointing.
The most serious issue is that one of the products I paid for, the magnesium tablets, was completely missing from my order. Receiving an incomplete order is unacceptable and immediately undermines confidence in your service.
In addition, I received four different protein products, yet not a single measuring scoop was included in any of the packages. This leaves me unable to accurately measure the recommended serving size. For a first-time customer who does not already own HSN accessories, this is both impractical and frustrating. It is difficult to understand how customers are expected to use these products correctly without even the most basic measuring tool.
I also qualified for the promotional gift due to the value of my order, which I appreciated. However, a free shaker does not compensate for a missing paid product and the inconvenience caused by the absence of any measuring scoop.
As a result, my very first impression of HSN has been overwhelmingly negative. I expected a professional service and a complete order, but instead I received an incomplete shipment and unnecessary inconvenience.
I expect a prompt explanation regarding the missing magnesium tablets and an appropriate resolution to these issues.

Delivery times are not met for any of my orders
The prices and availability are good, but the delivery times are not met for any of my orders. No compensation is proposed. However, HSN reports that delivery delays are the rule. Apparently the delivery times are deliberately displayed in an overly “optimistic” manner.

Update: The package has been shipped since June 11, 2026. Today it was updated that the package is still in Spain as of 06/17/2026 (6 days later) and not even traveling internationally. So much for the package to arrive in a maximum of 3 additional days. Totally unrealistic.
-> The HSN Website Link /international-shipping-costs/ contain not my delivery country. Apparently they just blindly posted a link as a statement without really reading into the case.

They have a great range of products
They have a great range of products, even though they would benefit from better product pages on the website. Sometimes the explanations feel extremely lengthy without never going into detail (I understand that this might be to comply with EU regulations, but it would be nice to know what a product is fit for).
Shipping is relatively slow, but that's expected.
I don't like that I must pay the shipping costs to return products if I no longer want them.

Delayed Order with No Delivery Estimate and Poor Communication in Portugal
I placed an order on June 6th in Portugal, and as of June 16th I still have not received it. HSN has not provided any clear indication or estimated delivery date, and I remain without any visibility on when I can expect to receive my order. All communications, including those from the courier, are difficult to understand as they are in Spanish rather than Portuguese or English.
