Coconut protein inside vanilla labeled bag
This was my third time ordering from HSN. The first two times, everything was great, and would give 5 out of 5 stars.In my last order, I ordered 2kg VANILLA whey protein and somehow I got COCONUT whey protein. I didn't file a complaint because the packaging says VANILLA, but the powder inside is COCONUT, so I can't prove that I got the wrong thing.

I received an incompleMissing Product, One Month of Excuseste order and…
I received an incomplete order and contacted customer support immediately. What followed was over a month of delays, excuses, and being passed around without any real attempt to solve the problem.
The missing product is not even the main issue. The real issue is the complete lack of respect for the customer. After many previous orders, I expected professional service. Instead, I wasted more than a month of my time and still ended up without a solution.
If this is how the company treats returning customers, I can only imagine what first-time customers should expect.
