Scam!

I have ordered monsieur coisine smart. Apparently arrived in a uk 10 days ago but tracking info disappeared after couple of days from the website. Nobody is replying to my messages, no contact, no phone answered... worst company I have ever seen. Avoid! I will be reporting as a fraud to my credit card provider.

I have been trying to buy a battery and…

I have been trying to buy a battery and 2filters for my cordless vacuum sines April this year.
I did get one order but they sent the wrong size,I then reordered but nothing happened I contacted them said my machine was 3 years old then told they didn’t have batteries for my model .
I then complained again was told to order battery it did not come then an email saying it was sent back to the shop.
I have also sent a proper letter through the post to head office in Germany ,no reply.
I must say they are the worst company I have dealt with ,no replies they couldn’t care less .
I wish LDL would stop selling their vacuums.
I would now like to know where I can buy a battery and filters.

Just awful!

Just awful!! Order the expensive kitchen robot and it's been over a month with no information. Tracking says the same thing for weeks, no one can help. No customer service to refund or solve the issue. Number almost never works and when it does they redirect to email where they also don't help!!!

lidl /HoyerHandel cordless vacuum cleaner…

I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner in Lidl , the housing where you put the filter In broke , Lidl forwarded my details and proof of purchase to Hoyer Who are a third party supplier to Lidl ,who manage warranty claims , they initially said this product was out of warranty , I again sent proof of purchase date ,they agreed it was still in warranty ,but the part affected was a wearable part that the warranty doesn't cover , this is not a wearable item like filter or rollers for the suction floor head , I disagreed with this to no avail from hoyer , they directed me to their parts website where they said I could buy this part , it was not listed ,then they said it was out of stock due to the "global situation" and to check back on the website ,they gave no expected date when it will be back in stock , my 3 yr Lidl warranty is not a Lidl warranty , it's up to Hoyer so not much of a warranty , surprised Lidl are dealing with hoyer considering alot of poor hoyer reviews
update hoyer have now said they will not be stocking parts for cordless vaccum any more despite it being only over two years old , so now I will have to dump this easily fixable machine , i am sure this is happening widespread with their products which is great for the environment , i have contacted lidl via their whats app messaging and phoned them also on numerous occasions

I wish I could give no stars but their…

I wish I could give no stars but their warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. Dust compartment snapped where the screws are attached to the pipe on my cordless hoover rendering it totally useless and surprised, surprise its not covered by the warranty. Having read more reviews on their hoovers I just discovered that batteries are not covered either!! What exactly do they cover? My advice to anyone considering a product from Lidl branded Silvercrest Or from the Hoyer Company, do not buy if you only want to get less than a years use from it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - they take forever, probably trying to make your warranty expire. I returned equipment for repair and they lost it. When they found it they returned it to me in terrible shape and broken and now are refusing to reimburse me for it because I am not on the warranty anymore, even though they lost and then returned my product in terrible shape

I bought one of their machines and when…

I bought one of their machines and when I opened it the screen was broken. I e-mailed them and they said they would fix it. Now someone else is e-mailing me from customer support saying that they will not fix it for free under the guarantee and that I need to pay for transport and repair. I bought it in Portugal and had to leave that day by car to the UK so I had no option to have it shipped from Portugal but brought it by car to the UK. All of this was explained and agreed upon in writing. When I asked for custom exemptions when shipping from the UK (with Brexit, if you are shipping something to have it repaired under the warranty you have custom exemption) they e-mailed me one line saying they would not repair for free and it was not under the guarantee. They said I broke it using. The machine was never used. After explaining this which when they receive the machine they can also see now they are saying because I moved with it I broke it. Not only do they go back on their written promise to repair under the guarantee but they are effectively in breach of contract for refusing to honour the two year guarantee on the machine. I also asked them to tell me which section of the guarantee i broke making it my responsibility and they respond with a on line e-mail always changing their reasons and not mentioning the law or our guarantee.
They are clearly acting in bad faith and in breach of contract, this has now been going on for over a month.

It is just a scam

I purchased a cordless vacuum from Lidl for £49.99 and the battery failed less than a year later, I thought I had a 3 year warranty, but no did not include the battery. price of a replacement battery 40 euros? The customer service was only after selling a new battery, I believe it is just a scam. I am presently taking this up with Lidl, with companies like this Germany will get a worse reputation for their goods.
