I would like to say a huge thank you to Howden Staines branch for helping us create our dream kitchen. From start to finish, the service was brilliant, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
A special thank you to Stef, our designer who listened to our ideas, created a beautiful design and went above and beyond by visiting our home to ensure everything was perfect.
Thank you to Dray, the store manager for making the time available for Stef to carry out the home design visit. We were working to a tight deadline and your flexibility and support made all the difference.
Finally, a thank you to Terry for staying on top of our orders and quickly sorting out any missing items. Your attention to detail and excellent follow up ensured everything ran smoothly.
The service was so exceptional that my daughter also chose to have her kitchen designed and supplied by the same team, and she has been just as delighted with the result!
The whole team provided exceptional customer service, professionalism,

Outstanding service from the Howdens Staines branch!
From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome and looked after. Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and happy to help throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and never once made us feel like we were bothering them which made the experience stress-free.
From the initial design through to the finished kitchen everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The communication was excellent and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome.
We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the kitchen and the level of customer service we received. A huge thank you to everyone at the Howdens Staines branch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We had an amazing experience with Stephanie at Howdens Staines. She designed our whole new kitchen from scratch and absolutely nailed it. From the very first meeting she was friendly, approachable and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted.
Stephanie was patient with all our questions, full of great ideas, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and design suggestions made such a difference, she turned our ideas into something even better than we imagined.

Had a great experience with Steph
Had a great experience with Steph! Starting a new kitchen can be very stressful but she made us feel at ease throughout the whole journey. She had amazing knowledge of the products and gave us great ideas on how to utilise the space in our kitchen. Howdens do not fit the kitchen but she gave us a few cards of builders who have worked with Howdens a lot and know how to fit their products, our fitter was Kieran and I could not fault his craftsmanship!
I cannot wait to return and start my bedroom project with Steph soon
