Especially Ahmed from start to finish was incredible with everything going from product knowledge to patience and also giving us ideas on how he would think our kitchen would improve with different ways. Even with my one million questions he always never hesitated on giving us a help in hand. Would highly recommended, thanks again.

Very great! Exceptional staff with excellent product knowledge, Ahmed especially helped myself and my partner hand pick and select the perfect doors and flooring to make my house a home! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and colour pallets within a home. The quality of all products were great and we will definitely be back. The boys that delivered our products were also good, helped carry everything in to exactly where we wanted very helpful and friendly.

I entered the store to be met with Ahmed. I was in to enquire about doors and flooring, Ahmed took the time to listen to my ideas I had for my home then started to show me different flooring and doors. During this stage he was great in giving advice especially as our home was going to be complex to match due to different woods between our paneling, banister and new doors plus flooring. He took time to go thru different handle options which was something I had also forgotten about.
Overall the customer service was some of the best I've had along with a price that was under my budget.

I would highly recommend Ahmed and plan to have him help design a kitchen for us in the future.

Outstanding service from a quality team of open honest people who seem to love their jobs and assisting you . It seemed to be driven by the manager Lawrence as he was the first person we spoke with when we entered . He spoke with us and was very upbeat ,knowledgeable and friendly. He then got Ahmed ( brilliant guy ) to look after us , Actually felt like a family business. We’ve been looking for a kitchen and been to a few places ( was actually quite drained by the process’ elsewhere feeling they were giving you what they wanted and we actually thought about putting it off ) Got our new kitchen from Lawrence and Ahmed the one we wanted . We’ve just recently purchased our kitchen from Howdens at Kinning park.

I don’t tend to leave reviews but I feel the service received from Ahmed and Lawrence was so exceptional that I want others to know how delighted we are.

They’ve made the process so smooth and even though we changed our mind half way through on the design, nothing was too much trouble for these guys.

Ahmed who designed our new kitchen was extremely professional and courteous all through the process. The kitchen was delivered and fitted within 2 weeks with absolutely no issues. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Howdens

The after sales service, admittedly I was late in getting back to them but this being my second kitchen from them I was upset to be left with £140 worth of handles that were useless to me. I appreciate that today every penny saved is about survival, but it's a lot to lose. Moral of the story ... and I should have known this, as I had to replace the handles on my first kitchen too as they didn't stay the course despite being super expensive... buy your handles on Amazon!!, got 16 today for £12 ... have had them before so know they work and they look great.

Duncan has been extremely professional throughout the process; from designs, showing us various options in the showroom and organising delivery. There was also slight confusion over a couple of items, which .was immediately sorted, within minimal fuss.

I'm a tradesmen and a customer of howdens Kinning Park and the team there are nothing short of amazing. Sean, Tam, Duncan, Magda and Willie are so polite, helpful and all offer the best advice. Keep it up troops.

Excellent designer Magda. We initially attended another branch and had issues with quote, measuring and design. Quote came back incorrect several times. Contacted Magda and attended for an appointment here. She was extremely helpful, very quick and so professional. She put us at ease instantly and fixed all previous issues easily. Would highly recommend as she is very good at her job!

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens Kinning Park. From the outset, Lawrence was fantastic in his communication, enthuthiasm and creativity to ensure our new kitchen met our exacting standards. He made the entire process straight forward, and based on previous experiences with a range of other kitchen companies, we cannot recommend Lawrence and Howdens highly enough. Customer service, After Sales and attention to detail are only a few of the highlights of our experience. Would not hesitate in purchasing another kitchen from Howdens, our finished kitchen is amazing and the quality of the products from Howdens is superior to any of their competitors.

I asked three times to have someone measure for initially a utility room and will also be a kitchen later on on a house we are renovating.
Two different branches I asked and am still waiting.
I dealt with Howdens almost 20 yr ago when they opened the first Scottish branch.
The managers now are not interested!
Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Lawrence was fantastic and designed the kitchen to exactly what we wanted. Nothing was a bother for him and he put his expertise to good use. I would recommend Lawrence to design your kitchen for you. The kitchen is beautiful and just what we wanted recommended 10/10

purchased 3 items and found out i could get same three items accross the road for £31.00 cheaper. Went back into store to ask if you could price match and was told no. No consultation with manager. received refund and purchased items accross the road
