Ordered a Christmas calendar for my daughter, its said Crystal Cat Calendar.
They sent a plain white box with small flat plastic pieces with pictures of cats on them. The order ended above 40€ and was nothing of what was shown on their website. When asked for a refund, they offered me 4€ back. Just a big Scam!!!!

Don't do it! Text you like crazy when you buy telling you how good their customer experience is and want you to be happy then the second the product is delivered, they will no longer respond via text or online. I've contacted them 3 times with no response. I will now just have to refuse the charge on my credit card. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
We ordered a dining table and it arrived damaged. For almost a month now, we’ve been trying to get a return label, and we still haven’t received one. They keep emailing saying they’ll send a shipping label “soon,” but nothing ever shows up.
It’s impossible to reach anyone by phone the call cuts off after just a few rings every single time. When we asked for a partial refund for the damaged item, they refused and instead offered 10% off a future purchase, which is completely unacceptable.

This is really for Houzz to know.. They will not post a bad review for a so called expert when I provided all his jail records. I trusted Houzz to do background checks on the pros they refer. This man has been in jail and cost us thousands of dollars. He has over 44 court cases that he settles. All of his education and license was fake. His reviews were by his ex husband and friends. I provided Houzz with all the evidence. We are now in a court battle because I refuse to pay a man with fake credentials that stole from me. Worse yet, you can buy Houzz awards which further caused me to believe he was real. His pictures are AI generated and I know a couple other families that are is victims. Where are the investigators of complaints to Houzz? AI as well? I just had to put fraud after this fake designers name and all the lawsuits came up but quite a few did not. He is just pure evil.. He is still preying on people in Palm Desert. I have numerous chats and emails to Houzz. They suspended him at one point and I was so happy but it turns out that he must not have paid for his awards and to be on Houzz... I have bought thousands of dollars from you Houzz... Most I liked but to advertise after seeing the evidence , a pro, that has zero ASID or experience.. His education is false but there you are awarding him in a pay for recognition. He has been to jail. Do your homework.! Do not trust the pros on Houzz unless you do your own research.. Houzz doesn't care.. They told me they just introduce... ASID cared.. By the way... his schools are fake too and the license was fake.. I know better now.. Go through your complaint chats.. You will find me. Complete scam. Do NOT use this website. I made a $300 purchase and after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called them and found out their contract with the vendor I had purchased from had been terminated. They never contacted me, and if I had not reached out they would have just kept my $300 with no product delivered. A horribly run business. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.

BASED ON MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY (OUTLINED BELOW), I WOULD URGE ANYONE TO PROCEED WITH THOUGHTFUL CAUTION BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH HOUZZ....
1. Ordered merchandise (Italian pewter picture frame, $227.00) that was confirmed to be IN STOCK, on 10/21 and was promised a delivery date of between 10/25 - 10/27.
2. Was subsequently notified that those dates were changed to 11/5 - 7
3. 11/7 came and went with no notification from Houzz that there was a delay or any reason for it - and no new ship or delivery dates were provided.
4. I asked Houzz by email to communicate directly with the seller to get an update, including a reason for the delay and total lack of communication.
5. Houzz offered to "escalate" this to a cancellation and refund situation but because I really wanted the merchandise, I did not take them up on the offer, asking instead that they please communicate directly with the seller to get me a guaranteed revised update with an explanation for the ongoing delay.
6. Since then there has been silence despite my subsequent email reminders to them to get me the information I wanted.
7. Finally fed up, disappointed and disgusted with all this inexcusable absence of acceptable and proactive customer service, I have, by email, taken them up on their offer to cancel the order and to refund my VISA for the full amount.
8. Since then, and a couple of follow up email reminders to get me refunded, with proof, they have chosen silence. They have completely disconnected.
9. I am therefore happy to give them a deservedly LOW rating (zero stars were it possible) coupled with a BUYER BEWARE warning.
10. I still await word from them re the refund and a receipt for it but I am now thinking that my only option is to take this matter up with VISA.

Rustic Baguette Dough Bowl-Decorative Serving Bowl, Pure White, Large(40” long). I received a black 12” round bowl. Immediately sent an email. Sent multiple emails when received no response.On chat for > one hour- was disconnected. Finally found a #, was told by the rep they would have to check & get back to me to see if I could receive a refund.

Misleading, Dishonest, and Unacceptable Business Practices
I ordered a rug from Shop Houzz after watching it for weeks, only to have my order abruptly canceled with a claim that it was “out of stock indefinitely” and that the vendor “no longer partners with Houzz.” Both statements were completely false. The exact same rug remained available on their own website — same size, same vendor (RugsUSA), just listed at a higher price.
Even after I pointed this out multiple times, customer service continued to insist it was unavailable, despite RugsUSA still having over 1,300 rugs listed for sale on Houzz. Instead of honoring my valid order, they offered a token coupon worth a fraction of the price difference.
This experience shows a clear lack of honesty, accountability, and basic customer respect. Canceling an order only to relist the same item at a higher price is deceptive and unethical. I’ll never shop with Houzz again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

We joined Houzz Pro as a remodeling company expecting to receive some quality leads and professional support. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing.
The sales manager who sold us the plan promised features that were not actually included. After signing the contract, we were told that some of those features required additional payment.
Since joining, our account manager was changed six times — every new person asked to “schedule a call” with a two-week wait. We spoke with onboarding specialists, customer success managers, and sales reps — but no one provided any clear strategy or real help to generate leads.
We even upgraded to the highest advertising package (over $1,000/month) and carefully optimized our profile with projects and photos — yet we didn’t receive a single lead or client in over four months.
Overall, we spent around $4,000 with zero return, and still have a remaining subscription balance of $8,000. The response times are slow, communication is poor, and the platform is full of technical glitches.
This has been one of the most frustrating business experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend Houzz Pro to other contractors — it’s a waste of time and money.
We order a vanity and faucets
We order a vanity and faucets, which we’re excited to receive our order. We went on the app looking for updates and noticed the faucets were delivered to another state. We checked on the status of the vanity but was not able to receive any info. We reached 3 times on the app and website. I finally got a hold of a live person and she told us our vanity was out of service and will not be stocked… no vanity no faucets, hopefully we get our money back bummer don’t use

Does not ship on any of the schedules they show, its all made up. They dont reply to any customer inquiries. I ordered a window and it never shipped, 5 weeks later they charged my card and shipped it without telling me after I had already contacted them to cancel the order and bought one elsewhere.
Had to file a chargeback to resolve and only when I mentioned chargeback did they bother replying to me.

I placed an order for a tablecloth over three weeks ago. The order was acknowledged, and I was supposed to be notified when it was shipped. But nothing since. No way to track the order (unless you want to download the Houzz app ... not!). Beyond frustrating! Apparently, I can' even cancel the order. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER try to do business with this company again, and I will tell anyone and everyone about my experience.
CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE
This was the most frustrating customer service experience of my life! Although HOUZZ has a great array of product offerings they DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction, otherwise there would be a help desk with a REAL PERSON to speak with!
We purchased bar stools in May, 2025 and they were shipped to Massachusetts - I live in Arizona! Then the manufacturer ran out of materials so we chose to wait until they came back online. September 4 they arrived on our doorstep with NO ADVANCE NOTICE, as promised by customer service. This happened to me the day before we left for an out of country holiday. 2 of the 3 barstools were damaged with legs sticking out through the packing box! I took pictures per HOUZZ instructions and filed a claim. It took a month for a response - very confusing messaging between HOUZZ and HOMESQUARE - which I’m still dealing with. They offered me an $89.00 refund on a $900+ purchase which to think is totally inadequate OR I could order replacement parts. However, they did not say where I could find the part numbers!! I’m so disgusted now that we will just keep the damaged items. I don’t expect a refund from these guys. Suffice to say, HOUZZ is FOREVER off my online vendor list no matter how good their products might be. BUYER BEWARE!

Contact the BBB and get their rating taken down from A to F. Houzz has really bad business practices. I got one communication that was really snarky about how to track my item. I am a seasoned online shopper, I know how to navigate a website. After that, crickets. They took my money but I got zero tracking or confirmations. No company should take your funds from your account without having stock of the item you ordered.

Wow, are you kidding me!!? I ordered a "Chairside End Table" from their website. I got a confirmation email, and a prompt charge to my credit card. That was it. Nothing delivered, no status on shipping. No reply to my emails. I waited nearly a month, and submitted a "dispute" on my credit card, which they promptly reimbursed. Even a follow up email to complain, produced no results, much less a reply. I also will not take recommendations for contractors since they have lost all credibility. They are a big scam!!!

nightmare experience with this company. i placed an order that i was extremely excited about on 9/23. my order was confirmed and i was told that my order will ship by 9/30 and that tracking info would be provided by then. i called and waited on hold for 30+ mins on 10/1 since no shipping update was provide only to be told that my order was cancelled by the seller on 9/26. i was told that a refund would be processed within 5-7 days of the order cancellation. today is 10/8 and still have yet to receive a refund even after making a third call to houzz today and being told for the second time the refund has been processed and funds will go back on my card in 5-7 days. this is one of those unorganized companies that you have to constantly call and spend hours on hold with just to get them to do their job.
