good service

Hi
i had a problem with the courier Houseology used first time - Yodel - rubbish and lied saying they had twice tried to deliver- i complained to Houseology and Ashton was amazing - used a diff courier and checked to see i had their product .

Good product range, poor back office & delivery

To date, I placed 2 orders with Houseology. Let me start with the positives; I really like the product range, the website and the purchase journey. And when I needed customer service, I got a quick response to my e-mails, and the call centre staff was extremely polite. However, when it comes to delivering the stuff I purchased, I had issues with my both orders.

On order #1 after a long wait (which we knew in advance) the product was delivered but in the wrong colour. I contacted customer service (where I got a response within the next hour) and after a few e-mails I was told I would hear back in 48 hours. A week later, I had to follow up to check the status, so now I have to wait a few weeks to get the correct item.

On order #2, few days after placing the order I got a delivery date set up for a mirror to be delivered. I took time off from work to pick up the delivery, followed up with the customer service to be reassured that the delivery would definitely be made on the day. Well, it didn't and need to reschedule the delivery, hoping this time it will be delivered.

For an online shop selling high-end product, the overall experience is subpar on both of my orders. I have recently used other sites selling similar product range with much better experience.

Exceptional service and quality

Exceptional service and quality. I’ve bought several times from Houseology now and I’ve always been impressed with both their service and the quality of products that I’ve received. I would highly recommend them to others without doubt.

I received a damaged item which I was…

I received a damaged item which I was not very happy about but Evan Paterson from the Customer Service team has been incredibly helpful and efficient at arranging for a delivery of a new item. It is good to see that there is a hassle free and efficient after sales customer care.

Houseology have provided an excellent customer service. Jason in particular has been quick to respond always positive. I felt very supported and delighted with his service. I would highly recommend Houseology and will be a returning customer.

Fantastic product range with great customer service

I recently purchased a Morso kamino which I am delighted with. However
I was disappointed to find that a section of it had been damaged in transit, I contacted customer services who were fantastic and managed to arrange a replacement section within 2 days. The Customer service team are doing a great job and are there when you need them, communication was excellent with back up phone calls to keep me informed of the second delivery.

Great offering, inspirational website and attentive service

Great offering in an inspirational way, and excellent customer service. My light arrived on time, but with a glass broken and Jason was most attentive and efficient at obtaining a swift replacement. I have used Houseology for several years now and it has only got better and better with time. Highly recommend.
