My first purchase from Indya
This is my first purchase from them and also anyone selling Indian wear online. I liked that there is customize option so one can get the size one wants. Also was really impressed by the whatsApp chat option with their representative. I had a few questions and the representative was able to answer all of them. I was also able to use a couple of coupons to make a small saving on this order. PayPal payment option is great. Quite excited and can't wait for order to arrive, and will be happy to update how it turned out.

Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered two dresses that were not at all as expected, so I returned them over two months ago. Since then, I have received no update regarding my return or refund. Despite contacting the company multiple times, they have stopped responding to my inquiries.
I spent almost £100, and it’s unacceptable to be left waiting this long without any communication or resolution. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
