Scam Have not received my items ordered 6 months ago

bought an item in September and never received a tracking number. Emailed and called and was told it was on the way. Two months later nothing and then after several more emails, I get a tracking number for USPS that wasn't even valid. I asked for a refund and was just told to keep checking the tracking number provided.

Avoid at all costs. All the reviews appear to be exactly the same because everyone has had the same unfortunate experience. Exactly my experience too with this same scam company.

It's been two months since I first received an email saying my package would be delivered within thirty days. Gotten a couple of emails with assurances from a manager, but no follow up, no tracking number, no information at all - and now they're ignoring my emails.
Avoid!!!

Do not order from this company, complete scam. I wish I’d done some research before trusting this mess of a company.

Finally got what I ordered 3 months later with DHL tracking number. Obviously a drop shipper.

Looks like others have had the same issue. It’s taken me months to get a tracking number, only to be given one that doesnt exist. Promise after promise, but nothing. Off to try a PayPal for a refund. DONT BUY

If I could rate this zero stars I would. They will not ship you your items. They keep saying in emails wait 24 to 48 hours. I've been waiting a month almost.

This website is a scam. You will not get your order. They will rob you and they will not contact you. Get PayPal involved if you want your money back and you will be waiting for months.

Be careful! Orders do never arrive - contact to the support is nearly impossible. You never get a tracking number (I guess because the order has never been shipped at all). The only chance to get your money back is to claim a file in your PayPal account which again takes months to be completed.

PLEASE, don't be foolish enough to buy from this company. It's a obvious scam. Red flags everywhere in their website as its designed to quick, fast and unsecured purchases with no right to refunds unless you go on a claim with PayPal for 2 months without an answer from the seller.

Same here... ordered merchandise and never received it. Asked over and over for tracking number.... was never provided. This person running this business needs to be thrown under the jail

They do not deserve even one star. Obvious scam!!!
Ordered a week ago and haven't got any solid information from their so-called customer service. When talked to them on their chat I was told the parcel had been already sent out but they would not be abl eto provide me with the tracking number. I was asked to wait another 24-48hrs for it. Reported them to PayPal and changed my details. Definately scam. Stay away from them!!!

Awful service! Ordered in May, never received the tracking number. Tried to contact them many times, but I always got the same answer. I reported the website to PayPal. I got finally a tracking number, but it doesn’t work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I was scammed on this website. Fake customer service e-mail from "manager" promising tracking in a few days. Nothing happened. I had bad feelings since the beginning because I was scammed before on a different website with same design / web shop motor.

also report them on the FBI website ic3.gov

I order something in July (yes, more than 8 months ago) and I'm still waiting to receive it. I've contacted a several times to them and just once they answered me asking for tracking number, after my reply, never received an answer... After that one I contacted three times regarding my refunds (because I can see they're not gonna give me what I ordered). Now that I'm looking other reviews I'm sure that I lost my money and I never gonna receive nothing.

Made an order, and after 2 weeks, they said it was "overlooked".
They claimed a shipment was sent, but refused multiple requests for a tracking number.
Eventually they stopped responding to requests for information.
Never received my product, and they no longer respond to email.
now I know why they do not have a "customer review" process.
