I’ve made several purchases from Hot Rox over time and have always had a great experience. The customer service is genuinely excellent — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Their prices are very competitive too, which makes it even better when you’re shopping for gear.
The only small improvement I’d suggest is making the website a bit easier to navigate, as it can sometimes be tricky to find exactly what you’re looking for. Other than that, I highly recommend them!
