Scam company, never received order. Only got once respond by email nothing happened after. Still waiting for my package or refund.

Order doesnt get delivered
Made an order the 7th of June, and the order havnet moved from Netherlands since the 12th of June. And it needs to go to Denmark.
It is now the 11th of July.
The company doesnt answer their phone and only responded to email once. And now i cant get any answers.
I would recommend people to find another place to do their shopping, as i now got and order for over a 160€, and cant get a reply or an update from them.

I placed an order on this site and unfortunately, it got stuck without any updates. I tried contacting their customer service via email three days ago, but I haven't received any response yet. I decided to place another order with a different shipping option, but I faced the same issue with no updates or information. It's disappointing to say that this is a site to avoid. I have requested a refund and I hope to receive it soon. It's unacceptable to not receive any communication from customer service and to have such repeated issues with orders. I recommend being cautious when ordering from this site and exploring other options.
