Terrible company

Terrible company. Found it through Facebook/instagram ad (yes I know my own fault, but have had success with other companies).

Made my order paying extra with express delivery, it’s been 3 weeks now and have had no correspondence at all.

They haven’t replied to my multiple messages, their phone number doesn’t work.

A warning for anyone who might accidentally follow in my footsteps and get scammed. Don’t give them any money.

Do Not Trust this company.

My sister bought me a DBZ resin lamp from this site for Christmas. It came a month late and looked nothing like the image (which they took off their site). The wood wasn't stained, the figure inside was a cheap creepy face Goku, the base wasn't glued on and there was even a dent in the wood.

They wanted me to ship it to China (red flag) which would cost half the price of the lamp for a refund and they were semi threatening with the fact they would inspect it (like I'm not guaranteed said refund). They only offered a paltry 25% back for lying about the product and shipping a shitty version.

Product was great quality

I was really worried after seeing the reviews. The order did take a little longer than expected to arrive but I’m really pleased with the lamp and would happily recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE (SCAM)

I ordered a resin lamp for my daughter for Christmas which still hasn't arrived. I made a dispute with clearpay to resolve but hot gifting gave clearpay false emails that they had contacted me and I hadn't replied, I had all the emails from them to me and back to them, they also claimed I had received the item even though i had an email from hot gifting saying they would refund me if I cancelled the dispute. Clearpay did not believe me. So now I'm out of pocket and my daughter out of a present. I will never use this company again and I urge others to do the same. I also will not use clearpay again either.

SCAM

Wishing so much I did more research before purchasing. Here’s my wild story with them. I purchased three items, same day, late December. Two items in one package, the third in another package. They immediately charged me for the items and said they would send me a confirmation email. I never got it. I waited a couple of days to give it some time and still never got it. I went to track my order on the site where it has the little airplane and it says “track my order” and it said I never purchased any orders. So I sent an email asking about it to figure out what was going on. They never answered me. More time goes by, I send another email, no answer. I started doing some digging and found lots of bad reviews. I had no where to cancel my order, no response back from them so I went to dispute the transaction. I found their Facebook page and went to their Mentions, more bad reviews saying it’s a scam. I, then, left a review of my experience and they emailed me an hour later with a slew of excuses and asked me to wait. They immediately provided me with a tracking order (which wasn’t working by the way) for the package with two items and told me they’ll let me know when they third item is ready to be tracked (never received that tracking by the way) and asked me to cancel my dispute. At that point I said no, I wanted to just cancel it and get my money back. They offered a 10% discount and asked me to please keep waiting lol, we went back and forth and they kept spinning things in circles. More time goes by as I’m going back and forth with my bank. Randomly, the package of two items arrive. Wouldn’t you guess, they’re horrible. They don’t look at all like advertised, the wood on one side of one item was finished while the other side was not finished, it looks like chunks were missing out of the resin, and no cord or controller was provided. The other one also looked awful, both just cheaply made. The third package randomly arrives 1-2 weeks later, and it’s just as bad. That one was an alien one, the UFO they advertised wasn’t there, they put a ball in place of it in the one they sent, no faces on the little aliens, exposed lights, poor quality, etc. so I send them an email asking again for my refund and attached the pictures of the products I received versus what they advertised and basically told them this was not okay. All products combined were over 250 dollars, close to 300. They offered a 20 percent discount and I told them for the products I received combined with the hassle and run around they gave me, I’d like more than a 20 percent if not full. They haven’t answered that. I went back to their Facebook page to update my post with the pictures all attached and the side by sides of what they advertised (and of course more people had added their own same horrible reviews) and they, then, removed my entire post and blocked me. This “company” is a joke.

Worst vendor - bait and switch - broken and inferior product

I ordered a multicolored resin lamp with remote control to change the colors. White light only item arrived weeks late, with broken power port and no remote control. After numerous emails they are admitting that remote is not available and return would be at my cost. They offered to replace upon return - still without remote, still only white color! So the item I ordered and paid for and waited for is not an option. They advertise and accept your money but they do not provide the item as advertised. Total bait and switch operation!!! Hotgifting is a scam. Do not fall for their advertising. They will take your money and send a lesser, broken item. I do not accept that I should pay shipping to return this item that I did not order in the first place and at my expense! Why should I pay for their shady actions. And how could I trust a refund to be forthcoming when they have broken my trust all along this process? Full refund should be made.

I ordered a resin lamp Dec 11 including…

I ordered a resin lamp Dec 11 including their so called VIP for quicker delivery as a Christmas gift for a family member visiting from out of town, they stated 11 days, never arrived, had to buy elsewhere, Never received any Status update until I directly e mailed back to the order date email stating I do not want it anymore, THEN they respond they have shipped already, still took another 2 weeks after that e mail. When it finally arrived it came wrapped in a plastic shipping bag and plastic bag inside, wow!!!! No protection but a single layer of bubble wrap. Cheapest shipping method for the VIP!!!!! When I unwrapped it, it it looks milky, scratched all around and the base a cheap piece of wood not even finished, no sanding or anything. For the amount of money you would expect something nicer. The one I purchased elsewhere was very smooth clear view finish and a nice finished footing for almost half the price of this one. I should have known better to not order from these sites. Never again!!! I asked them to e mail me a shipping label from them to send it back to them, I dont want it and They asked for pictures so to see the defects, hard to see but I sent them pictures, have not heard back!!!! Im glad I disputed the charge.

Very Disappoint with whole process and product

Very long delivery - ordered 8th Dec 2024 and finally arrived today 17 January 2025 after much chasing it up. I had even paid for that VIP Service option for quicker service! The product is different to the one I originally picked and is very very poor replica of the product it is meant to match. Very disappointed with the whole process. Wasted time and money!!

Visible defects, milky resin, poor return experience

The resin lamp I received had a visible defect, and additionally, the resin was very milky. It did not match the brilliant appearance that is pictured on their website.
It took at least five attempts to convince customer service to accept my return. However, they expected me to pay for return shipping to China (~$30) - even though their website states “ return shipping cost covered by us for damaged goods”. I gave up and disputed the entire transaction through my credit card.

I ordered a gift for my husband

I ordered a gift for my husband on the 8th of December. It said it was supposed to be shipped on the 12. I paid for the express shipping which was 35 dollars. I have still not received my order.... when contacting this "company" they tell me it's already shipped and would I like 10 us dollars back. I will be contacting my bank today and disputing the charges as this is a fraudulent company that takes your money and will not refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

The item was ordered over 30 days ago…

The item was ordered over 30 days ago and was never shipped. The company took our money and still have not shipped the product. Then when I asked to cancel the order, they sent the fake verbiage below:
Hello,
Sorry to bother you.
After checking, your order is in urgent production.
Please give us some time and we will try our best to ship it soon.
Once your order is completed and shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number.
Would you please wait a few more days and cancel the dispute?

It's junk at half the price.

Item took 5 weeks to arrive. Poorly packaged. Acrylic is scratched, plug is bent, plastic in line switch is damaged (crushed from shipping in a plastic bag). It didn't work. No returns or refunds at this writing.
I found another 5V power plug and found the light was not working (broken wire). I fixed that only to see that it's one color LED(white), not the 16 colors advertised.

WARNING

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
Received a low quality product, nothing like what is pictured. Ordered the largest size at significant cost, received incorrect sizing. Item arrived missing the remote control and doesn’t perform as shown. SELLER demands return of item before issuing refunds, at almost the same cost of the item itself it leaves you significantly of pocket. This, despite their policy wording that specifies return at no cost if item supplied is incorrect.
