We love this hotel. Our daughter is at Exeter university , so we love to stay here when we visit her. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are very comfortable.

…Feeling ripped off

I have been trying to contact Hotel One for 24 hours, The dates on my confirmation are not the dates i booked. I have been sent through to a site that wants $10.00 to connect me with Hotel One and then they will takr $100.00 monthly membership fee from me for the priviledge NO!!. Just make it easy for us to contact you .
