The Middle Eastern man with a lot of moustache at the counter displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude, almost in a gangster-like manner. As reflected in other Google reviews, this hotel on the outskirts of Paris should be avoided.
What a terrible experience! Both "Cyan Hotel" and "Hôtel du Parc Roissy Villepinte" are managed by the same entity and located right next to each other. Upon returning from an outing, I found my belongings had been stolen. When I reported the incident to the receptionist, a man with a disheveled mustache, he callously chuckled, almost as if he knew what had happened. It became clear to me that he had orchestrated the theft of my valuable possessions, including my watch and laptop. I immediately filed a complaint with the local police. These hotels are clearly involved in criminal activities, with poor customer service and rampant thefts. It's important to be cautious when dealing with them!
