I have used HotelClub for several years for hotel bookings - mainly in Europe, but also in Australia and New Zealand. They have a great range of hotels at good prices and their website allows you to determine hotel facilities and location quite easily. I have never had a problem with the bookings - all have been made and we have stayed in the hotels with no difficulties. Indeed, many of the hotels were even better than we had been led to believe from the descriptions!

I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking to book a hotel.

I recently had a trip to Sydney for a girls night out. The team at the hotel were professional, courteous and very helpful. Check in and Check out was seamless and with no fuss. The room was neat and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Metro on Pitt Street is close to public transport and is an easy walk (less than a minute) to George St entertainment district.

Good service; nice, friendly and helpful people, I would recommend this company to anyone

I have been using the HotelClub website since 2003 and have never had any problems. Although not a constant traveller I have booked hotel rooms in India, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium and the UK over the years and have found the site easy to use. The company publishes all reviews of hotels (both good and not so good) and therefore gives the customer sufficient information in order to make a decision. As is apparent in my rating score I would (and have) recommend(ed) HotelClub to anyone.

I have used hotelclub about 5 times over the last 12 months, significantly more frequent than other hotel sites. I find that the pricing are the best most of the time and they do offer loyalty rebates for the next transaction. They have a vast range of hotels to choose from, with good details on the rooms. Booking through the computer browser or mobile devise is generally a breeze. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great Service, Great Motel with no hiccups

It was the first time I buy thru HotelClub, and it was easy, good price and good hotel. Everything was right.

Have had no problems at all with bookings and payments. Everything works smooth

Although friendly, the representative could not guarantee that my reservation would be exactly what I wanted. I called over 3 months in advance to get a 1st floor room for my disabled husband with 2 double beds for 3 adults staying in one room; neither could she guarantee, yet she said I could call the hotel a month before to find out if the double beds were available. Well what good was it if I could not have the first floor? As many times as I have used this service in the past and been very happy; this time I am very displeased.

Booking was with ease. Necessary information was made available on the site. Even offered a price discount of a few dollars for repeat customers. Made the offered price cheaper than other booking sites. Will use the services again if the prices are competitive and attractive.

Best online accomodation system I have dealt with. Range of options with great value for money and great opportunity for rewards.

We have used Hotel Club many times over several different trips. We have always found them to be professional and trustworthy. When we have had to cancel a booking, there has never been any problems with that. The bonus points you accumulate to put towards future bookings has been very helpful.

The overall prices and services and locations were very good to outstanding and very affordable. One small issue was when we booked at a water park resort we thought it included the water park as we had to pay extra.

Nice amounts of hotels with easy-to-use interface and nice reward scheme that can provide me with all my needs anywhere I go in Australia! Looking forward to my next trip overseas :)

I wasn't sure an Australian company would suit my needs for hotel searches here in the U.S., but I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they seemingly able to negotiate with hotels for better prices (exact same rooms at the exact same hotels on hotels.com and kayak.com) but also a much more elegant and user friendly app than all others I've ever seen. Their follow up and support is just enough, not too much or too little. I've now used them several times as I've discovered that they are a well run, consistent, and very trustworthy company. Awesome job guys. I'm glad you exist!

Hi I travel alot as single person. I find hotel club give good rates and service. Whether it's booking or needing to cancel or amend just as easy. Their online chat is also very usefuI when booking or comparing rates.
