Booked a hotel stay only to be told few…

Booked a hotel stay only to be told few days later that the price would be substantially higher than what was confirmed in the booking . Never had such a bad experience with any other booking site.

The Hotel room was already booked and I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Very bad service and miscommunication between the website and the hotels.

Hotel.info listing misleading about parking fee

The hotel I booked through hotel.info was fine but the listing was written to imply that parking was “included”. Instead the hotel charged a full EUR15 for a single night parking and wouldn't budge. Their excuse was that street parking (not available in the evening when we checked in) would have been free. The person checking us in handed me a parking pass for the garage gate without a whisper of the cost. Hotel.info should be clearer about they require hotels to list parking availability free vs for a price.

Hy Marko,

my reservation number is 125417031.

I booked hotel at 28.03.2019. at 22:15.

Tomorow Hotel send me an email, first asking me to send credit card details like as the Card was not valid (what is incorrect, I contcted a Bank to see if there it is sam problem with credit card, and there was not!), and one minute later they have send me this text:

Dear Sir, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our channel manager sends incorrect prices to HRS. We can offer you a room, but not at the price booked. Best Regards Grand Excelsior Munich Airport

After answering on this, they gave me a new offer, with biger price!

If it is their mistake, they should manage with it, not costumer!

So far, so good.

Very good selection of hotels in Germany. So far prices have been good and booking is easy.

I would like to see more photos of individual rooms with a detailed bed arrangement description. I am always looking for 2 separate single beds and often it is unclear.

Charged credit card.

Charged credit card.
Just before my trip to Germany (3 days before) somebody from the hotel I was making booking in tried to charge my credit card in advance. While the advert clearly said that it's not gonna be charged and I can pay for it manually.
Luckily, I didn't put enough money there at that exact moment and money were not lost.
The most crucial thing is that the person tried doing it 3 times.
1. the whole sum of money
2. 1000 euros
3. 500 euros.

To make it clear, I'm sure that it was made from the hotel, because it is shown in the history of my card (in the bank app).

Please kindly be informed, that a guaranteed booking is always to be checked by the hotel. If no prepayment is confirmed, the hotel has to authorize the booking price on the credit card. This is no charge, only a check of validation.
If this authorisation does not work, the hotel is allowed to cancel the booking due to a invalid credit card, if the customer does not hand in a new credit card that is working as intended upon request through Hotel.info.
Our customer service can also be of help if you suspect a unjustified credit card charge from the hotel or if you have any other questions regarding your booking.

Clear and simple to use website

Clear and simple to use website, browsed through the many hotels before selecting the best option for us. Clear hotel descriptions with lots of detail, reviews and maps. Good pricing (compared with other websites). All that I need for short hotel breaks.

JUSTLINE EAST SUSSEX FRAUD/HARRASMENT/BREACH OF CONTRACT DISGUSTING

Totally disgusted by the service of hotel info, I have 7 apartments which I paid £24,000 for yourselves to advertise my apartments on over 300 websites(never happened) then when i decided I didn't want to work with use the lady I was dealing with became aggressive/ harassed me/ logged into my booking.com site and continued to keep closing my apartments over Xmas and New YEAR, total breach of contract and fraud, justline this women's name is based in Brighton, this women is so unprofessional and just out to ruin people's hard earned businesses, I shall be taking legal action.

Someone was using my information to…

Someone was using my information to make a reservation and I kept trying to get in contact with them, letting them know that there was someone unlawfully, and without my authorization but they did NOTHING!

I contacted the hotel to let them know and all I can do is pray.
