As always, the support team at HostPapa are very knowledgable and helpful when I hit a snag or issue with my hosting. Today I was dealing with Jaywel P, and got a 403 error resolved in a few minutes. Very happy with the support I get

Their online chat Support is comprehensive and quick. The website interfaces is intuitive and easy to use.

It's always easy to connect with a real person on host papa and they go above and beyond in order to help solve a problem or simply answer questions. There is no AI chatbot in between, which is great. And the problem is always solved. Hostpapa is competitive with a wide range of products and I have used them for years but mostly I stick with them because of their outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience with HostPapa support, especially with Cherry. She helped me resolve an issue with my domain setup that I was struggling with for a while. Cherry was incredibly patient, took the time to understand my situation, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to follow.

What really stood out was her calm and understanding approach. She never rushed the process and made sure everything was working properly before finishing the session. Thanks to her help, my domain issue is now fully resolved.

Cherry was a very helpful representative. I thought I lost my whole business site, but she was able to get it back for me! Phew! I recommend Host Papa. I'm a recent transfer to their service, and I find it to be a great one.

Bahaeddine C is an absolute lifesaver! My website was down and throwing multiple errors, and he fixed everything within minutes. I’m incredibly grateful, thank you so much!

An "Account Manager" told me I needed more storage and threatened that my email would be defaulted if I did not. He offered the option to "migrate" it to a Microsoft 365 account with more storage. He said it would be a simple matter of migrating the emails which would be done outside of business hours, would not effect my incoming emails and would be done quickly. Turns out, they did the migration this morning during business hours, my email service stopped completely shortly after they started and it has been down ever since. This is the same company who "migrated" my e-mail account when they took over Junpline and said it would be quick and painless. Took two days for them to fix that one. My email has now been down the entire day and all I get are some email messages from a "product specialist" who writes like he just flunked third grade English. Evidently Host Papa "product specialists" are too good to pick up the phone and try to work with the paying customers. To top it off, my email is still not working and all Host Papa can say is that they will write another ticket. Bet it is going to be more than 2 days on this one. Worst customer service ever.
