Give a 2 year warranty but when u contact them, they deny it. Now emails not being delivered and they don’t answer social media. Products not built to last. AVOID!

I was so excited when I received the item I tried it out right away and it worked well and evenly toasted. I even made a video review. Unfortunately, the toaster worked for only a week. We had to use level 6 twice to get a good dark toast (not burnt).So I chose to have the item replaced but when I did it said I wouldn't receive it till mid-June and I can't wait that long for toast lol. This did not have any impact on my rating.

The cord stores underneath the toaster by winding around the provided hooks. This works well for me as I store it but it is a little awkward to lift it up each time. The 4 slice cover I bought with it does not fit. This is larger that standard I guess. I have only used it for 2 weeks and have had to learn the browning levels but it does a good job. The bagel setting only toasts one side which is good for English muffins also. I have found the count down on the led display to be more helpful than I thought it would be. So far so good.
