Worst customer service ever.
I sent multiple emails to several Horze email addresses to inform them that I was never able to collect my package because the carrier delivered it to the wrong pickup point, and I never received any notification about it.
I clearly stated that I wanted the same package to be sent back to me, as I purchased it with a discount that is no longer available. Despite this, I never received any response from them.
Buy at your own risk.
Lost
Ordered a gift for my daughter and DPD confirmed delivery, however no-one has been near my house at that time (camera's confirm it). Complained with Horze and they made me issue a form for DPD to investigate. After several attempts to inform status because of dead silence i decided to revoke my creditcart payment and let the world know their shipping and service are very poor in my case.

I ordered a Lemieux Set on 04.12.2022 and paid via Paypal.
Today is the 11.01.2023. And i didn’t get my Package yet. I wrote more than one email i didn’t get any response.
That is really very rude and sad in once.
Now my last Chance was to open a case at Paypal to get my money back/

I have to get my order on 26 May I got it 31 May.
The worst material, the sizes is not standard from model to model.
Material is so unworthy to the price if i will compare between them and hypostore I will choose hypstore.
They are the worst customer experience i got ever in buying online

All went well, great product at a fair price. It took a little long to deliver and I had a minor issue when ordering that I used a credit card with an American billing address and a Dutch delivery address, but ultimately the card worked and the product was delivered. I look forward to ordering again because of the great selection and pricing and the convenience of delivery. Dank u wel!
