Dreadful company
Wish that I'd read the reviews here before I decided to use this company and there is a reason why they don't allow reviews on their FB page. Bought two rugs for my horse and one of them is very obviously a defect as there is no way to buckle up the rug at the front.
Contacted Horze immediately and of course they have not bothered to reply. "We are very busy" they will say. Hire more staff then, except you won't as you don't give a hoot about the customers once the money is in your bank account. I have had to pursue a refund through PayPal as Horze have ignored all of my communication.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Where to begin. Ordered over £100.00 worth of equine items. No reply to emails mt order was over 3 weeks late. No explanation other than they were experiencing dificulties in delivery. Then had a letter from customs telling me £79.00 to deliver or items which were at holding were to be sent back to horze. I had to cancel order there and then.
Then i had to phone their uk office london to cancel. Then had to wait a month for money to be refunded. The company are completely hopeless. I expect they wish me another good day, as thats what they're good at.
Dont order from them .
