Out of stock and no refund.

The product that I bought where out of stock and I did not get a refund. After 10 emails ( 5 first where nice and understanding and the last ones rude) I got my money back. It took about 2 months.
Same thing happened the next time I ordered.
Also most brands are a lot more expensive on this site than other sites.

Out of stock.

Ordered a product, said nothing about being out of stock and paid for it. Get an email much later telling me it’s out of stock. Still waiting on my refund, it was this week so I hope by next to receive it.

At least they replied relatively quickly to sort it, which is the only reason I would give it 3 stars.

Late delivery and unpleasant service

My order was delivered very late, it came after 1,5 month. It was stated that the delivery time was 11 days. When I asked for my delivery, I got promised that my delivery should be sent next Wednesday. They wrote the same message three times, every week, that they promised to send my delivery at Wednesday. When I asked to get 15 % of my money back, because they had a campaign on the product I ordered, to compensate for the late delivery, they did not answer my question the two times I asked for it. They still haven´t.

I always get my orders and I'm very happy with the prices and orders I've made from Horsemeup. However, the shipping can be very slow and they should be better at communicating with their customers. Sometimes I get an email from them when the orders is delayed, but sometimes I don't hear a single thing. They should always keep the customers informed! Expect to wait up to 2 months for your order to be delivered. I think they should state on their homepage that the delivery takes time. It says 7-10 days now, but I think I've recieved 1 order within 10 days. The others range from 1-2 months.

Despite of this, I'm still rating the site with 4 stars, as I've never had any issues with orders or deliveries. I'm really happy with the products I've recieved from Horsemeup! I don't order things that needs to be rushed, so I'm fine with a little waiting time, but I also hope they will do something about this.

I will never ever order from Horsemeup again!

It took more than 3 months to get the item I ordered! When I called and asked them they said it was already on its way, I also got an e-mail that said my order was on its way to me! Then two weeks later I got a new mail saying my things were delayed and would take some time...a month later my stirrups came!!! I will never order anything from Horsemeup ever again!!! Information from you is the worst!!!

Hej Eli, Tack för ditt påpekande. Du hade beställt ett special Bomber bett. Dessa tillverkas i Sydaftika och finns inte på lager. Det är markerat när man lägger den i varukorgen. Om du undrar över något så hoppas jag du inte tvekar att höra av dig.

I like that there are a lot of products to choose from, and nice brands.

I like that there are a lot of products, but I think it is hard to know what I order , the sizes are tricky ty figure out. Would be better if you saw a picture of what you are choosing when you order, last time I order what I thought was a blue dressage-pad, because that was what was on the picture, but it turned out it was a kind of very special yellow jumping-pad. If the picture would have changed when I made my choice I wouldn´t have bought it at all. Now I´m happy I ordered wrong because I can use it with that color when I jump, but on my dressage training it would have been embarassing wearing that color.

I would like to be able to find out what each brand means with their sizes in directly the order formular.
