Excellent Service
I ordered an item which I needed quite quickly. I got a message from the carrier saying delivery had been delayed but didn't say why or when I would get my order. I emailed Hope to ask if they could contact the carrier to see what was happening. Leanne came back very promptly to say that the carrier had said that they could not locate my package but that she would send a replacement to be delivered the next day and that package arrived on time.

Products are well made and good for creative play
Products are well made, strong and colourful, with ideas and opportunities for creative play. Like fact that Ocean Emotions is made from recycled plastic and packaging was all cardboard and recyclable. Grandchildren loved playing with this toy and with number turtles, in paddling pool and bath.

Excellent Customer service
Further to my previous issue and review I was contacted to resolve the issues we had. This was done quickly and satisfactorily by customer service. The broken items were replaced and an issue we had with the storage of the powder paint was resolved. Thank you.

Very poor packaging
Very poor packaging, items loose in a very large box, pens, staples, scattered throughout, disappointing. Some items missing although according to delivery note they should have been there.

Understood what I needed
Understood what I needed, very quick to sort & helped out when there was a problem with paying though this was not their fault rather a centralised visa glitch. Delivery next day and early so would definitely use going forward
