A complete scam!
A sign up offer that is not stuck to.
I was a new member, signed up, followed all the criteria and even asked for help/double checked on the chat. I deposited my £10 and placed a bet that settled.
I was then told my bonus was disabled and will be for the foreseeable future.
No explanation given at all, terrible customer service, not answering my questions and apparently no manager to speak to.
This site should be shut down, as it is conning people out of money!
How are they legally allowed to continue?

This is a con casino platform. I had debited £410 on mastercard payments where I won £570 and they never honoured the money I had won playing. Just lied to me texting my bank had bounced the winnings when they had never paid. Stay clear of this company hopa.com Definitely a hoax on line company taking your cash. They also pretend all these operators work for them. Then they ask for more account info from other accounts. Not just taking your money. They want to defraud your own bank accounts. Dont give them info.

Absolute joke!! I fulfilled the terms as a new customer never got my promised £20 in free bets. Found it hard to deposit, had rude representatives on the live chat and found it extremely hard to work through the site in the 3 weeks I was in it! Please please please I’m begging you DO NOT use this site!! You’ll lose money and have broken promises

So I deposited £130 in total within 20 mins, on the 2nd deposit of £70 the second I pressed to deposit they kicked me off site and closed my account as I had registered 6 months previous with gamstop, they point blank refuse to give me any money back as they say my email adress was different to the one I registered on gamstop with, however they were sent full details of my registration by gamstop, total rip off site it’s downright thieving, this has went on for a month now and I certainly will be taking things further!

Good Things
- Regular decent promotions such as bet £30 get £30 on the big event of the weekend
- Acca Boosts up to 75% on 15 fold Accas (I have done this and cashed out 3k from £10, also had no issues with withdrawal of that amount)

Bad Things
- Deposit Fees
- Withdrawal Fees
- Customer Service are often useless or slow to actually process requests
- Their refund system is often occurring problems so withdrawals often get delayed - I reckon this is more just a cash flow issue on their side so give a fob story about Visa being down.
- The website crashes a lot
- The user interface is dodgy asf when betting on live markets, triple check your bet especially accas because you'll often find random legs you didn't even put in there.

Don't make this your main bookie, large staked safe bets go elsewhere to save on the deposit fees especially.
Main suggestion would be try and milk their acca bonus only, each leg only needs to be 1.2 or 1/5 minimum so it's definitely doable as I have done so 4 times in 3months. Other than that go elsewhere, to a household name for a better overall service

Awful site win money easily but when you come to cashout they come up with various excuses why it hasn't been sent to your bank account and when you contact them on web chat they use a generic response then cut you off poor poor poor avoid avoid avoid

Deposit £300, won £5k waited 2 days and withdrawal still pending. Then send ID to be told they need it again. Sent exact same pictures and they were accepted. Got an email saying my account was verified then told by chat support I had to send ID and wait 48hrs. Finally get someone to approve withdrawals but still £1k pending and approved withdrawals are still not in my bank. The chat said they were experiencing problems with visa which I highly doubt to be true

Hopa.com Do not use! I have deposited £1350 which has cost me over £40 to do so. They have no problem taking your money. I have now tried to withdraw my £1550 winnings on 28th Jan (again they charge you to do this as well) but they just keep telling me It's stuck with the processing team and has been for the last 4 days. They send the generic response of we are having issues but then cut you off. Waste of space. Avoid A.Maye

I would give zero stars, if I could!! They refused to give the free bet. When I asked why, they replied promotions have been blocked on my account. I asked why and they refuse to tell me. Extremely deceptive. Do not use!

Refuse to give me a Welcome Bonus for no clear reason! After that they charge fee of 0.25p when you deposit £10 and 1 pound fee when you try to cashout the deposit! Total £1.25 less in my pocket!

Absolutely dreadful. Charge you to put money in and then charge you to withdraw. Dont do any verification checks when you set up account depositing & losing is fine. Soon as you win and want to take out THEN they ask you. 90% bad reviews says it all. I only put 1* as you cant leave none which i would have done.

Foolishly didn't read the reviews. Take a fee to place a bet and a fee to withdraw. Took 2 days to pay out but to be fair have now. Wont be using again as its all a bit shady . Website kicks you out a lot too
