I joined and was kept being told to upload verification, which I did several times. Tried again the next day, was asked several times to verify my email. Got through eventually to play games and ALL of them kept crashing with systems error. Tried numerous times to speak on live chat .. no one responds. DON'T JOIN this site

Daz19682 i had a problem with a game and won big. Hopa gave me there word they would sort it out for me. Like they promised it was sorted and my winnings credited to my account sooner than promised. This site by far is the worst site I have used. They promise you free spins and bonuses. I contacted there live chat and asked where my bonuses was , They replied the management has stopped doing the bonuses.
YET still on their home page advertising the bonus.

I have left site for good as they re not friendly at all. Rude on live chat and very slow at giving you your winnings.
As most gambling sites you have to upload your ID etc to verify yourself...This site needs nearly every ID you have to prove who you are. Quick at excepting your deposits but bloody slow at giving you your winnings.
They have more proof of ID on me than the government .

Ridiculously slow settlement of sports bets - some sites manage it within a few seconds, there's no reason it should take more than a minute or two.

Ultimately this is self-defeating anyway because it just encourages us to lose patience and withdraw rather than bet winnings immediately on another event...

what can i say other than please do not play slots on hopa joined 2 days ago my account already down bonuses hardly come but when do you win nothing had around 5 bonuses in 2 days and won nothing on the same game awfull you can tell its rigged i played loads of sites what i thought was bad but this is by far the worse

terrible. alessio was terrible customer service wasted 20 30 mins over a free ten. asked me to show him settled bet when it's in front of him and wouldn't get a manager when I asked I'll post everyday so people know they are terrible. how can i operate so.emabissingly ?

Joined for a bonus, 50% matched deposit on the first 2 deposits plus free spins. These weren't received, so got in touch via chat to say management made a decision to disable bonuses on my account. Yet clearly offering me more bonuses. Terrible site, con artists

As other comment have mentioned, they're quick to take your money and then once you win you're no longer 'verified' and they need more absurd documents like your face next to your card.

I read the reviews but thought I'd get my own experience and opinion on this site. 2 hours and 40 minutes play on ONE game and NOT ONE BONUS!
