From ordering my dress to delivery, the service is first class. As much as I thought the design of the dress was as the picture, I felt it was not worth the money (£95.00) the material and overall finish on the seams were not of the quality I expected. However, I kept the dress as I didn’t have time to change. Thank you

Glad you felt our service was first class! We looked into the dress and the jen is what is called "bagged over" so the seams aren't seen. We prefer to have the dresses made this way so the seam isn't visable so it concerns me that you said this about the seams - could you email us photos so we can look into this?

No confirmation email and 4 days after purchase
I havent received a confirmation email for my order from 4 days ago... despite delivery being 2-4 days?
I have a PayPal confirmation email of payment been taken and money is out of my account, but nothing to confirm what I have ordered.
There is nothing on my order history either in my account on your website.

Poor communications
You asked me to review your service before I have even received my order so here goes...
The website is just ok to use but I placed an order for an expensive dress and never got an email confirmation, the only reason I know you have processed my order is because the charge appeared on my account, then I got an email asking for a review. No email yet to say if the dress you have already charged me for is being dispatched either.
It’s not going brilliantly so far.

We did email you straight back via email but also wanted to respond here. As mentioned emails are sent out via our online system when order is placed however being a new customer it can go to a spam or junk folder.
We checked online and emailed you back as soon as you placed this review - you will receive your order today. I can see your concern with thinking you had not received the email.
Also the review us email goes from this site “Trust Pilot” so not directly from us as we use an independent company to do reviews so when they send the email is down to their system - its not directly from us its from us as we would never sent it straight away. However from your feedback I have asked if the review email can go out later and not as soon as order is placed.
If you look at the reviews you will see we take customer service as a priority and I hope the responding email we sent put your mind at rest and will help you change your mind once you receive your order!

Beautiful quality dress fantastic service and value. I returned one of the dresses (two ordered for sizing) and that was dealt with promptly along with the refund.
Excellent retailer highly recommended, it’s a shame I don’t go to more Balls I was spoilt for choice. However, the next time I need a dress for a special occasion I will definitely view your website and more than likely make a purchase.

Brilliant company to deal with
First rate service and product. The dresses I ordered are both really good quality and the service was impeccable. I had a query about the size to order and sent an e mail which was helpfully answered within 30 minutes outside work hours by Rena. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beautiful dress. Quality material and gorgeous fit. I loved wearing this dress as the material was so soft and luxurious. Excellent customer service when I needed to call to correct the delivery address and I received the dress a couple of days earlier than expected. I would definitely purchase another dress from this website.

Absolutely amazing! I cannot thank Honor Gold enough! I ordered beautiful maxi dresses in Mint for my bridesmaids and had to keep ordering and returning dresses until the size was perfect for each bridesmaid. The HG delivery service was super fast and super efficient. The dresses fit like a glove and so much value for money! The quality and fit - Superb! The dress had a small stain on it although the company did let me know before it arrived and reduced the price accordingly and fairly. The dress was a nice colour and the fit was good too. The delivery was decent

Nothing was too much trouble for Honour gold. I called at 3:45 to see if I was too late for next day delivery as I needed a dress urgent the lady was so nice. She told me to put my order through and she would run to the post office to post special next day guaranteed at no extra cost as their delivery had gone for the day. I got the dress the next day it was lovely such great quality, comfortable and fitted perfect. I had lots of compliments on the dress at the races. Thank you
