The product is fine, however, this has been a totally frustrating and unsatisfactory transaction because:
1-Communication from Hominter is slow and difficult
2-The order was not complete, and is still not complete
3-Although Hominter says the missing sheets have been shipped, the USPS tracking site indicates the post office still has not received the package of the missing sheets and I paid for expedited shipping
4-No resolution for the missing sheets has been offered after repeated email correspondence regarding the matter

Delivery was faster than I expected and the tiles are beautiful!

Unfortunately the item ordered, although described as a tile, is actually a tile face. Makes mounting these tiles a bit more challenging than it should.

Received in just a few days. Very beautiful tiles. Very small scratches on the stainless on a few due to handling, I guess.

My order was fulfilled very quickly and correctly, which was great. However, a significant portion of the sheets of tile were slightly damaged (i.e., edges of glass tiles had been chipped by abutting natural stone in the mosaic). I elected to move those tiles to out-of-sight locations rather than inquire about replacements. I did inquired about installation requirements for my tile but never received a response.

Exactly as advertised and delivered within an acceptable timeframe. Well-packed.

These mosaic tiles are very beautifully made and arrived surprisingly fast. Highly recommend their products.

I Received all the tile within a week. I received them in multiple deliveries, with multiple tracking numbers.

Hello, I wish I could write a review on customer service as glowing as your your BEYOND gorgeous tile. Yet, I can't. Perhaps, you can work on communication skills w/you 'chat' people. IF you can do into your computer and look at the 'chats' you made be able to see examples that will be helpful to you. IF you note the multiple requests for tracking information in WORDS, NUMBERS AND VIA WRITTEN email you will see another of your businesses issue.

It was distressing. I've work w/three other tile companies on my project and they were respectful, FUN EVEN!

I wish your staff was a high caliber as your tile.

As of now. If I need more tile I am not even going to go to your website so I don't see something beautiful

Best unique tile you will find anywhere. Sometimes it takes awhile to ship, but I pre planned my remodel and it worked out perfectly!!

Beautiful tile, with beautiful glass tiles. Color is black, but also reflects other colors at different angles. I thought the star shapes were metal, but they are glass with a multi demotion effect. The tiles arrived very quickly. I am excited to get it put up.
