Terrible Aftercare, not interested.
We purchased a patio set off this company at its location in Arguineguín Gran Canaria.
We purchased five chairs and a round table including a glass top.
It turns out they did not have five identical chairs when it came to delivering our items five months back, we ended up with 2 chairs not matching our choice of furniture.
We also note one of these chairs are a different size and the cussion doesn't fit. We brought the issue to HomeZentrum attention and the lack of interest in sorting this has made our friends minds up not to purchase their garden furniture from them.
Upon delivery we noticed the glass top was slightly damaged on the edge, we never made an issue of this but now wish we had.
For nearly €1000 we were expecting better furniture and aftercare if required. We didn't get that and we'll shop elsewhere in the future.
For the records we've only used this furniture for 2 x 2 week holidays, we also store inside when not here.
It's in the same condition now as the day we bought it.
