The accommodation was very beautiful and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time there, even with kids. Everything was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great as always from start to the end it was an excellent service and the house was awesome like all the other times we did rent with Homerti. Thank you it was a pleasure.

The property was brilliant but our stay was completely let down by Homerti, the booking agent, who have charged us 90 EUR for rubbish collection. We received a guide from them telling us to dispose of our rubbish at a local disposal centre, and we tried to do this - however it was closed, and they offered no alternative. I made Homerti aware of this in advance and we still seperated all the rubbish, however they completely disregarded this and have charged me anyway.

The actual owner of the property has confirmed that the disposal location was shut. Now Homerti are completely ignoring me and my questions. It is a shame as until this scam, we had an excellent stay, however as a result of Homerti's ineptitude I cannot recommend this booking at all.

The house is very nice and has some true Spanish character. The house is as well very spacious with five bedrooms out of which two bedrooms have a desk, which allows to work if needed. The outside area is very pleasant and above all the location is unbeatable as it is very close to the sea, and to the promenade.

Our stay in your apartment was very peaceful and pleasant! Thank you for trusting us in your home! All amenities and facilities within the home were amazing! Only thing is the pool was very cold and would have been better if it had been heated. Definitely recommend anyone who wants a quite peaceful time away in the most authentic part of Mallorca this is the place to stay!

We spent the entire month of March at Sa Plana and had a wonderful bicycling holiday. The finca is spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I can’t imagine a better host!

The location is perfect for access to the beach, the mountains, and nearby towns for restaurants and shopping, but is in the quiet and peacefulness of the country. It is easily in walking distance to the lovely village of Calvia which has several good restaurants and shops.

It is the perfect location for a bicycle holiday with easy access to riding in the Tramuntana We are already planning to come back next spring….and maybe this fall as well!

Confusing experience. I booked through VRBO then started getting emails from Homerti, and it took a bit of digging around to find out who they were, so somehow was working through 2 layers of apartment mgmt. The unit itself was clean enough but so very cheaply basic as far as furnishings, and hardly any supplies of hand soap or TP. Mgmt couldnt even explain to me where/how to get rid of trash. So all in all not an experience I would care to repeat.

The location of the finca is unique, with views of Sóller and the surrounding mountains. The house has everything you need. Communication with the landlords is very good. We recommend the finca and will be back again.

Note: Getting there is not easy, but it is doable.

Large spacious apartment. We went in the winter and it was particularly cold so unfortunately the heating wasn’t sufficient as it only has heating in one bedroom and the lounge. This meant that due to heavy frequent rain, the unheated bedroom had water enter through window and was damp and very cold. Other than this, it is a beautiful apartment with plentiful appliances and well furnished.

We rented this property in Andratx, Mallorca, for several weeks as a company due to work commitments. In advance, I clearly informed the host that our staff would be arriving with a company van.

Upon arrival, our staff immediately noticed that access with a bus is extremely tight and unsafe. Unfortunately, this resulted in damage to our company vehicle, which will now cost us money to repair. I contacted the host right away to discuss possible solutions or alternatives. The host was completely unwilling to cooperate in any way.

We even proposed to withhold €1,000 for two days and receive a refund for the remaining stay so we could find a more suitable accommodation. This was also flatly refused. There was zero flexibility, zero customer service, and everything felt deliberately obstructive rather than solution-oriented.

One more important point: the listing states that turning on the heating costs €35 per night. Be aware that the property is very cold even during the day, so if you want a comfortable stay, expect this €35 per night to be an unavoidable extra cost.

The only positive point is that the property owner herself was kind and willing to accommodate our staff if they arrived outside the usual check-in hours.

If you are looking for a host who is customer-friendly, cooperative, or willing to think along with you, this is absolutely not the place. I strongly advise against booking this property.

We stayed at SENSACIONS, Casa Lluxent Villa with private pool for 2 weeks at the end of September.

CRITICAL: what is not clear from the pictures or the description of the accommodation is that it is situated in the middle of pig-farming country. About 100m below the house there is a large pig shet and throughout the valley there are several.

CONSTANT NOISE PIGS: There is a near constant (85-90% of the time) noise of pigs squeal which has had a big negative impact on our stay.

NIGHTTIME NOISE PIGS: In addition there are guard dogs/wild dogs who during the day one does not hear. But at night there is a continuous barking from multiple dogs.

Smell: Only about 1x a day would there be the smell of manure, I am assuming this is when they are cleaning out the pigstalls.

Bed Mattrasses: The mattresses in the property are old, worn and not of the best quality. These are essentially not fit for purpose and should all be replaced.

A/C: the property has 3 bedrooms, only 1 has A/C. We managed by using the fan in the other bedroom, as was late summer, but all 3 bedrooms should be fitted with A/Cs.

Positives: The pool is great, as is the outdoor barbeque facilities (covered, facilities for barbeque as well as Pizza oven). The view is wonderful and the owners are quick to reply and sort out critical issues (e.g. replacing of empty butane gas cylinder).

Conclusion: We will not be staying here again, and would not recommend staying here.

I also strongly urge the owners as well as rental listings to update the description of this accommodation to make clear that the property is situated such that there is a lot of noise from the pigs and dogs.

The house we stayed in was perfect, clean and cosy. Before and during our stay, Homerti's staff has always been very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we raised. Would come back any time.

We booked this villa because of how it looked on line in photos and location. Quiet neighbourhood/village. We were attending family wedding in Calvia and had family staying in Palma Nova. So everything close.

This rental needs more communication between staff and property owners. When things are broken they need replacing, not just left not working.

We arrived for 10 night holiday, late at night.

Arrived late and thought there would be a welcome pack. Nothing.
Some milk would have been very helpful as no shops open anywhere in surrounding area.
No information in villa about local area, shops etc and what the villa has, we thought the table tennis would be good but no bats or ping pong balls. We had to buy these for our children.

Kitchen had no wine glasses, gin glasses or cava flutes.
But 30 plus shot glasses. Which is not what we needed.
The toaster didn’t work next morning, after a drive out for supplies. So had to use oven for toast.

The furniture in living room was not set up like photos. Half the sofa was just shoved in corner of the room.
The room was dominated by huge table that sat more than six. Which is lovely if you’re catering for 12 but we were not.

Outside area, there was one umbrella to use for shade, this was broken and was ripped. It was taped up with grey duct tape. This didn’t stay up and we couldn’t use it.

We did some washing and found the clothes airer, this didn’t stand up and was broken. The cleaners should let you know these things.

The pool was okay, but tiles didn’t make it look very inviting. Maybe it’s sun cream stains.

We travelled with my husband’s parents and wanted this holiday to be special. It was our only holiday this year and we were all very disappointed. We made the best of it where we could.
Would not return to this villa.
Very dissatisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable with a lot of nice details. You have a lot of rooms, plenty of space. It's in the center of Soller, very well located. The service is perfekt.
