I am a lover of lavish, colorful, trendy, comfy furniture and Home Decor. My dreams came true when I discovered HomeRoots. First, they have top of the range quality items in numerous variety. Then what I love the most on top of that, is that the process is so seamless from the point of ordering to delivery. If there are issues in the process, they are resolved quickly and amicably. I am a repeat customer and will keep buying from HomeRoots more and more.

Ordered in April, it is July and still never received my package. A TOTAL SCAM. No customer service. Do NOT order from them

I ordered from Home Root over a month ago and I’ve sent several emails asking for update on my order which I should have received in about 2 weeks and still nothing. No response to my emails. No response to asking for a refund nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I would give this company a 0 but it’s not an option. I have not received my order yet and i paid for express shipping. I have tried to reach out to the company several times. There is no response. The company didn’t have a problem taking the money out of my account but never sent the merchandise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM!

I've contacted Home Roots several times and am still waiting to receive a response to any of my questions. If you're looking for a customer-focused, reliable, and logistically stable supplier, they are NOT it!

Customer service is non-existent. Sent an email a while ago still haven’t gotten a reply. Not sure what their business model is but doesn’t seem like a real company

Though I haven't yet made purchases yet, I found a great selection of products and the support staff were approachable and responded quickly to my questions.

My experience with HomeRoots has been stellar. Not having to guess at what shipping costs will be makes pricing incredibly simple, and the selection of goods to list is really very good.

The platform is very user friendly and the support team is above and beyond!

Is this a joke? Operated by completely incompetent lunatics. Zero common sense. Not responding to fundamental issues requests. Do not waste your time, money, and effort; you will be disappointed. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!
