What made my experience great was the customer service I experienced at the Maidstone shop who were very helpful and had great recommendations for what I required.I wasn't felt rushed in making decisions.
A big Thank You also to Nick and Jacob who delivered the furniture, they was very helpful in such hot weather, they helped me to unpack a large sideboard and dining table and set them up. Nick and Jacob also gave some good tips with checking the furniture after a couple of weeks.

Great customer service from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to head office. Knowledgeable about the product (garden bench) and extremely helpful.
Delivery personnel excellent too and helped place the bench exactly where my elderly mother wanted it.
