A disappointing and highly frustrating experience.

I contacted this firm after an assessment for retrofitting my house. After an initial enthusiastic contact which helped me to narrow down the possibilities, I submitted a specification for Homeology to price up, which they promised to do. And there all contact ended. I made numerous follow up calls, wrote texts and emails but received no response. In total I spent 3 months waiting for them to get back to me, but have now written them off as time-wasters.
