Home Instead give you the peace of mind you need . An amazing support system from every single member . Home instead have been caring for my parents since 2021 until their peaceful passing a few months and weeks ago . As a nurse myself it was very important to me that both of my parents received a professional but very personal and individual approach to their care needs . I have always felt my parents were safe , respected and allowed to be who they wanted to be . They both had complex care needs but nothing was too much trouble . The care plans were detailed and very person centered . Because of Home Instead our parents got to stay in their own home , something they had both always wished and even through their last days with their exceptional support we were able to enable our parents dignified and peaceful deaths and for that we will be eternally grateful .

Home Instead at Cannock I can only describe as 'The Best'!. The team have cared for my mother and father for some years now (right to the end) - being respectful, reliable, patient and so understanding. Each team member has brought a different personality into their home, each with their own individual strengths and kindness.
Living some considerable distance away means reading the detailed care notes are so informative, supportive and comforting. They have all given exceptional care. I can't thank them enough!

Home Instead is a standard! No other care company does things the way they did so super impressed. We had live in care and the office always checked in on their carer constantly and how we’re getting on with them

I am passionate about helping our clients to remain in their own home for as long as possible. I recently started working for homeinstead and I was extremely impressed with how profession everyone was and the attention to detail. They make sure you’re put through online training and in person training. They always introduce you to a client before you are allowed to work with them independently. They ask what things interest you and your lifestyle to match you with the right client for example if I was a smoker and a client didn’t want a smoker we wouldn’t be paired. They use an app which allows family’s to read notes about their loved ones and I think that’s really nice becauee some families live far away and may want regular updates on their mum and dad. They can see what they had for breakfast and what they are up to for the day and that can make them happy. I have worked with a few of the carers when training and they were so helpful and as someone who’s not experienced care work before they were so patient with me. I’ve had so much support since joining. I really recommend home instead as someone who’s seen how they treat clients in proud to work for them :)

It is a great Company to work for, with great opportunities for career progression. Working alongside colleagues who truly care and want to make a difference is wonderful.

I started with Home Instead Cannock and Burntwood in October 2024 as a care professional there was a job opportunity for a field care supervisor which I applied for and was successful and started my role in November. Since joining Home Instead Market Harborough, I've really appreciated the daily variety, the wonderful clients, and the excellent training (which is very good) I've also enjoyed getting to know the office team and participating in Wellness Wednesdays and meeting new clients families at events. Whenever I have an issue, I can talk to management, and they've always been kind and helpful. The staff are lovely, you can just pick up the phone and someone will help!
