We were having a really difficult time with the appointed conveyancing company not progressing the transaction; and were in danger of losing our sale due to the buyer reaching the end of their patience.
Homefast picked up the challenge and through the efforts of Joanna , who pulled out all the stops and used her key contacts at the property lawyers firm, the sale was rescued. After 3 months of frustration and stress, Joanna's efforts resulted in the change out of the conveyancer and the sale was rescued and completed within 2 weeks.

The reason for this review being 4* and not 5* was that we were not clear from the outset who was doing what (between the estate agent, the estate agent company conveyancing service, Homefast and the property lawyers company). I think more clarity on this from the beginning would have really helped.

So the bottom line for me is that if you use an online based conveyancing service, I would recommend engaging Homefast to help get you through from beginning to end of the sale completion.

Efficient, friendly but professional. I understand it's a busy market at the moment and things are taking a lot longer but I definitely felt they supported me throughout.

I used Homefast in the conveyancing of a probate property, People were polite and quite efficient, but they don’t do much for their money before they hand you over to a ‘Law Firm’ of their choice and therein lies the problem. I got allocated Premier Property Lawyers who were terrible to deal with and so, unless you’re happy with being handed over to a Law Firm out of your control, I would avoid using Homefast unless they look more closely at who they do business with.

At the recommendation of Reeds Rains, opted to use Homefast, you’ll never have to chase anybody regarding the legalities etc. they claimed…..all a lie! 6 months later I’m calling the solicitors 3 times a week, contacting the estate agents and even chasing up reports, everything I intended to avoid by opting to use Homefast. I raised a complaint 3 weeks ago and have still not received a response, unfortunately I’m not surprised. Do yourself a favour and research and choose your own conveyancer as I’m sure they would be a lot more professional and on the ball than this outfit! We are now in month 6 of a first time buyer purchase with no chain and still no dates in place. Shameful really.
