Worst after-sales experience. Ordered MYR Denver 6-piece sofa set (Invoice: 01315151025, dated 07-Feb-2026) from this store. Only 4 pieces delivered on 24-Mar-2026. 2 Armless Manual Recliners still not delivered even after 6 weeks.

I had a terrible experience with Home Centre. I ordered a sofa online and when it arrived, it had visible stains on it. After waiting for a full week for a replacement, they delivered another sofa — and unbelievably, that one was also stained as well.
When I raised the issue again, I was told the item is now out of stock and I need to wait again. After already wasting so much time, I refused to wait and requested a refund instead.
Now they are saying they will not return my money and will only issue app credits. This is completely unacceptable. Why should I be forced to shop again after such a disappointing experience?
To make things worse, one of the customer service agents misbehaved with me. When I politely asked her, “Could you please connect me to your manager?”, she kept interrupting me and would not even let me finish my sentence. She refused to listen and was extremely rude.
Later, when the duty manager called me, she initially only apologized for the sofa and said it would be replaced. I had to specifically ask her, “Do you want me to speak about something else as well?” Only then she acknowledged the issue, said she had heard the recording, admitted the agent was rude, and promised action would be taken.
This entire experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I constantly have to follow up myself — no proper updates, no transparency, and no respect for customers’ time or money.
Truly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I will not recommend Home Centre to anyone.
Horrible online service
Bad experience and unsatisfied with the customer service.
I bought online and created return order for some items but nobody picked up since 10 days ago.
I talked with customer service several times and said I'm leaving the country, they just gave me promises without anything happened.
Now I called them internationally ( as i left the country) and got the same promises.
I'm sharing my feedback here, maybe they reach out to me to pick up the items and initiate the refund, as nothing happened...

Serious Product Quality & Service Failure – Home Centre
I rarely post negative reviews, but this experience warrants visibility.
I purchased an AMANDA Dining Chair Set of 2 (~₹14,000) from Home Centre. Within just ONE MONTH of normal household use, the chairs broke.
After repeated follow-ups, Home Centre conducted an inspection. Their own service staff explicitly confirmed:
• This is a common issue with this product
• The chairs cannot be repaired
• The product requires replacement
Despite acknowledging a manufacturing / design issue, Home Centre failed to honour their own resolution timelines.
What followed:
• Multiple promises of “48 hours” and “24–48 hours” — repeatedly missed
• No written resolution, only vague emails and call attempts
• Redirection to call centres instead of accountability
• Zero ownership despite inspection confirmation
Given the frequent price fluctuations in replacement products, I requested a refund instead of replacement — a completely reasonable request after a confirmed defect. Even then, there has been no clear approval, no closure, and no written commitment.

Even if I am Honest to the Core, no point as I already see how much miserable state of “google review” rating “Home Centre” has on record.
Unapologetically we r the most foolish people who Humbly spend our hard earned money on Cheap & Undurable goods of Home Centre. Sadly,the Customer Satisfaction is Zero and the Home Centre do not not feel their responsibility to the customers once their Goods are sold to the buyers at hefty prices with no warranty on repair or replacement for any defect detected.
Forewarned is Forearmed.
To ensure people avoid falling in the same pit as mine, I strongly advise to make a better choice for your furniture needs.

Horrible, terrifying, I still havent received my order after 20 days of placing it. No tracking info no support, just nothing. And the support team uses the same sorry excuses each time pushing me to wait another 48 hours. It has been a torturous experience to purchase from home centre which was once a successful and reliable brand. Surely, i will never buy from them again and will discourage other too.,

Extremely disappointed — I wouldn’t recommend buying from this shop. The bedroom set arrived damaged, and the sofa fabric started tearing after just a couple of months. On top of that, the customer service has been terrible. After countless calls and visits, the issue still isn’t resolved!

the customer service are the worst, I made an order and in 5 min I found that the location is my old location, so I called in the same time and I asked the Customer service to changed the location and he said it's done, next day they delivered it to the wrong location and they sent me a photo of the product on the wrong door, I called them again and they said that they'll deliver it again next day and they didn't, the 3rd call they said the same and they didn't, the 4th call they said they'll make refund so I can order again and they didn't, the 5th call they said that the whole process they made was wrong from the biggening, I asked to talk to a manager and they said will contact me back and like usual they didn't, they don't care at all about there customers

This is the third time I have selected items labeled with discounted prices, but upon reaching the counter, I was informed the items were not on sale and was charged the full rate.

Incredibly unhelpful and arrogant customer care
We bought a shoe cabinet with glass doors from their online store. We discovered a fault with the glass within a day of arrival. They would not help us, or change it or do anything to support us. Their attitude was rude and arrogant and they truly didnt care for their customer after payment went through. This is the very last time we buy anything from this place.
God forbid there is a problem with your order, say goodbye to your payment.
There is zero customer service post sale. Ive been waiting for furniture for a month, no delivery, apparently I can't cancel my order because the warehouse have it. But homecentre can't do anything even though they have my payment. Abysmal. I will log a complaint with the chamber of commerce. You can do this via the government portal. Its the equivalent of trading standards in the uk. I recommend this avenue for resolution, calling homecentre is pointless, thats if you get through.
terrible support is understatement
I have no words to express the experience I had with this store and its support. I wish I had read reviews from other users here before.
I had ordered some pieces of furniture from them. They were delivered as scheduled, but the color of the furniture (in my case wardrobe) is different from the one displayed one the website - much darker then published. So from day 2 i requested this to be returned, calling support. The furniture is still boxed (not installed) - all they had to do was come pick it up. For the past 2 weeks I had like 8 calls with them, sent them pictures of the boxes by whatsapp as requested, each time they promising to call back that day or maximum next day with resolution. I received exactly ZERO calls back from them.
I requested to talk with manager, they refuse to transfer the call. And yesterday, after 14 days from delivery, they even had the audacity to say that any returns should be processed within 14 days of delivery, and that i missed that period.. by who's fault as as they have done nothing since i started requesting this return.
At this point I am glad i did not place more orders with them as i was in full apartment furnishing.
I would recommend all users to not bother calling them more than once as they will not get anything sorted out. Simply raise a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority and move on, otherwise there is nothing sorted from HomeCenter
Broken items & poor service
Unfortunately, my shopping experience was quite frustrating. I spent nearly an entire day trying to complete my order due to frequent issues with Homecentre website, which collapsed repeatedly. Additionally, I found it impossible to modify my address during the process. To make matters worse, when I finally reached the payment stage, I discovered that I could not use Apple Pay since it was only available for Safari users, while I was using Chrome.
A couple of days later, I received an email stating that one of my items had shipped; however, I never received it. The second item did arrive, but when I reached out to homecentre support team for assistance, I was transferred between representatives multiple times without resolution. Ultimately, they were unable to locate my order in the system, leaving me feeling quite frustrated after spending nearly 500 AED on a broken bookend.

They rely on their brand name and reputation, which is exactly why post-sale service and delivery experience seem to be completely neglected.
I have been following up on my delivery for three days, and it is still unresolved. Previously, they lost my order, and it was delivered one week late with no proper explanation.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication. No one takes ownership, no one calls back with updates, and customers are left to chase endlessly while staff continue as usual.
Very frustrating experience and highly disappointing support.

We bought City Center Home Center, we trusted the person assisted us that promised to deliver on time.
Hidden policy/ Scammers Attitude
After i paid for the mattress i found that they wrote (item can not be returned or exchanged)
They never mention this before payment…This scammers attitude is very weird and not normal for a big brand like Home Center.
Only after receiving the purchase (Mattress) i understood why they did this…the mattress has manufacturing defaults and apparently they will not return or exchange…i filed a complaint and will update the comment later.
But even though they change it, this scammers attitude needs to be changed
