This item is still on order with our supplier which we state on our website can take 6-8 weeks as it is a special finish. Perhaps it would have been better to contact us direct before making accusations like this.

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT the quality is stunning. Hard choice at the time of ordering re cost but couldn’t find anything I liked more. Had to wait a while for delivery as they are from the other side of the world (literally) but they are totally worth it. Couldn’t be more pleased as they’ve finished our stairs off perfectly.

A sticker with fitting instructions are attached to the bell push packaging as this has been raised before which is why we always attach this to prevent installation issues. We are always on the end of the telephone.

Haven't actually got what I ordered and…
Haven't actually got what I ordered and paid for a few weeks ago.
Homebits also don't engage with questions about replacement parts on previous purchases. Customer service has always been poor. The products are usually first rate when they arrive

I ordered some handles before Christmas…
I ordered some handles before Christmas (£423 for 3 handles so not cheap & the website led you to believe they were in stock), part of the order arrived, I was told the balance would arrive just after Xmas. As it didn't get them I e-mailed twice & left 2 messages eventually James responded on the 25th Jan to say they will be delivered next week. Again they were not delivered but more annoying there was no contact from Homebits. I have called them today 12th Feb, as there was no real apology, I asked them to collect - Terrible service from start to finish. I see from the reviews I am not alone - If you want good service, then do not use Homebits.
