Terrible service
I ordered a lamp one month ago. I didn't received any information. I had to contact them and only then they informed me that it got lost. However, when I go to my order it says it's damaged. Already untrustworthy communication. Then they said they are sorry and they will prepare a new order and I will get it in 5 day. It has been 7 days they didn't even ship the package. So I wanted to cancel the order then they said it left the warehouse we can't cancel. I suggest anyone to stay away from this website.
-update: I received the second parcel they sent and the lamp is broken. It's really unbelievable. I have never seen a worse service provider than this one.

I attempted 6x for payment and kept declining my order by Merchant though my cc are good .it was time consuming. Hopefully I will be happy with the product .

As your purchase is a marketplace item, the only payment methods currently available are PayPal, invoice and instalment purchase via Klarna and credit card.

No customer service for defecting items
I would like to put a 0 star but it is not possible. We received a damage cupboard. when we notice the issue, we immediately contacted home24 and no one is answering our emails or following up with us. While returning the item was initially an option, now it seems this option is not available while we paid more than CHF 700 for a cupboard that we cannot use. Extremely disappointing experience and waste of money
