We purchased several furniture items from Homary a few months ago to furnish our house and have been very happy with them. Recently, one of the items developed a defect. Had a great experience Homary. I ordered a beautiful big kitchen island. It came in a reasonable amount of time and the delivery service was in readable as well, letting me pick a date and time. Unfortunately the island top was damaged and cracked but the customer service was impeccable. The whole process getting a replacement top was seamless and incredibly easy processes. I would definitely order again from this company.

I had a problem with a toilet .
I had a problem with a toilet that I bought from Homary. I called customer care and they were very kind and helpful in getting the problem sorted out. It did take a bit of explaining to them as to what was wrong , however they had no hesitation in sorting it out.

Haven’t received an order
I placed an order on the Homary website on April 3, 2026. The delivery date was changed three times. After filing a complaint on July 5, 2026, because I hadn't received my order and requested a refund, I received an email the next day stating that my order had been delivered, even though it hadn't. Tracking the shipment on the carrier's website wasn't possible because no tracking number existed. I'm still fighting for a refund (August 13, 2026). I don't recommend shopping with this store.
