I bought a large tv cabinet from homary on the 9th February and it arrived 10th April. Didn't actually know it would take that long. Now when it arrived & I unboxed it, it was packed extremely well. Started to lay out the cabinet on the floor ready to assemble ....my god it was alot. I thought it was being delivered all set up. The instructions are not exactly very clear. The door hinges ain't that great as in they don't adjust exactly where the door needs to be to allow the draws to fit. The end of the door is not flush with the outside of the cabinet & the otherside ive got flush by using a 6mm spacers in-between the hinge itself and the side wall. I was sent these new updated runners for the draws but no pre drilled holes where the runners would be screwed into so I done some measuring & some effing & blinding ive managed to get the draws fitted. 1 is abit off centre but ill come back to when ive cooled down. The glass on 1 door is scratched quite bad. I wouldn't exactly say its worth £500. Its been a headache to say the least. Now the reason ive given 4 stars is because of Iris at customer support as she's been brilliant in dealing with my problem. Iris had issued a 35% refund which I think is pretty fair. So because of Iris homary have 4 stars instead of 1. Maybe I was unlucky with my order I don't know as the reviews seem pretty good before I bought it. Thank you Iris

Got a vanity desk and started to assemble, followed instructions and some parts had been completely skipped over and just added onto the diagrams with no instruction. Works in the end after a bit of brain work but would not recommend clearly don’t look enough at there products or instructions

i ordered a TV cabinet in early February they gave a delivery time off early may , then changed it to the end off June considering this was a £400 item
Be warned they dont have alot off items in stock,so apparently wait for the factory to manufacture the item then even worse send it by sea if your lucky you get the item months later
thats very poor service, then the customer service was even more disgusting talking to abot to be kept asking for my order number which I provided countless times
I am now left without my item

Absolutely horrible product. Ordered a defective vanity and sink. The drawers were cut too short to slide in properly and the drain as well. The sink that came WITH the vanity DOES NOT FIT. How does that make sense?
They refuse to refund or fix the issue. They also wont post bad reviews on the product. They claim no one else has had the same issue but I’ve sent them screenshots of people describing the exact same issue.
We’re out $700 for a vanity that is useless along with labor cost and they offered a 20% refund. Unacceptable scammers.

While at first attempt to contact the company with questions I was met with AI chatbots, when I emailed the service address, what seemed like a real human being replied and demonstrated knowledge of my particular situation. A particular shout-out to TARA who was my email contact. She was patient and helpful at every step along the way to resolving my questions.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY - their website and online listing make this furniture look higher quality than it is. We had two major issues with our media unit (cost $730 USD) when it arrived:
1. The front doors leave a half inch gap in between when closed. The doors are simply too small for the unit.
2. The color is not what is listed online. We thought we were getting a white media unit, but what arrived is more of a sand color.
Our experience with their customer support since raising these issues has been terrible. They defer and delay and only respond when you follow up again and again asking for an update.
They then put the blame on us, saying that we assembled the unit wrong, despite everything else about the unit fitting together and looking normal (it's only the doors that don't fit).
On top of this, they are now asking for us to disassemble and return the unit, which is not at all practical given the size of the item and the number of parts.
I can't stress enough that this company should be avoided, there are numerous other furniture companies out there with better quality products, better customer service, and better pricing. We've purchased from a number of different companies as we've been setting up a new apartment and Homary is the only one we've had an issue with.
