Our driver Ted was brilliant & immediately put our minds at ease upon arrival at Katowice for our transfer to Krakow.
He was very polite, helpful and answered all of our questions along the journey & the vehicle we travelled in was immaculate.
We were therefore delighted when Ted turned up to collect us for the return journey back to the airport.

CDG airport Paris

Holiday Transfers was a complete and utter disaster! After our flight we arrived at the meeting point which was stated in our conformation email. There was no one there to greet us, after phoning the emergency line they stated that the driver was 10 minutes out. However we waited another 30 mins with no contact from the driver or the head office.
Finally we were greeted by one of the workers who contacted us however we waited another half an hour for the driver to meet us. The driver finally appeared and led us down to the car and said to wait yet another 10 minutes with no explanation for us to see the 10 minutes was actually for a cigarette break! This is completely unacceptable with only having two days to spend in Paris our time was very limited without all of this time wasted in the airport for a simple transfer.

Our taxi from the hotel back to the airport was yet another disaster. With no contact from them yet again we waited at the meeting point which states to be there 15/10 minutes before the set time of pick up. We waited 45 minutes after the arrival time. Yet again no email/text or phone call was given to state that they will be later than expected.Thanks to the hotel staff we managed to get through to the taxi company via there emergency line and had help from the staff at the hotel to communicate with the taxi driver as he spoke no english we were then told 20 minutes further to wait however it was 2 hours before he showed up. We booked to do the Eiffel tour which we had to leave early as our taxi was expected to be outside our hotel at that time. the 2 hours of waiting ruined our time where we could have finished our tour!

Shocking at communicating, Shocking time management. For a service which is meant to take the stress away from the holiday experience but yet added so much more!

I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company!!!

Great service, picked up at jfk on time even though the airport was extremely busy, driver was really friendly and explained the route he was taking and even pointed out a few famous buildings etc. The return journey from our Manhattan hotel to jfk was also fine , we received a text telling us what time our pick up was and the driver was outside the hotel waiting. Would definitely recommend this company.

Easy to book and use transfer service with helpful friendly personnel. Have used many times and always receive a professional and efficient service.

As usual our driver was waiting on our arrival at Tenerife South airport. We had assistance with our cases and were soon on our way north to Puerto de la Cruz

Cancelled return taxi 24 hours in advance but they’ve have refused either a part or full refund. I wasted time and money making calls to cancel so I should have just let them turn up and face a wasted journey. Seems there no benefit in doing the right thing with this company and will not use again ☹️

it did what we wanted. Pick up at air port and at hotel went smoothly. no negative issues to report , will happily use again

So easy, arrived at the airport found your booth straight away, coach was comfortable and arrived to Bahiazul with in 30 minutes, no fuss. Excellent service.
