Nice house but parking arrangement is terrible

To be fair the house was nice and facilities were outstanding. It claimed that it offers 2 parking spaces at the house, however when we arrived, one of the spaces was occupied. It turned out that the owner let his friend used the slot without letting us know. The agent told us nothing could be done and asked us to park on the street (they would pay for it) or leave and get refund. After several rounds of struggle they finally found an available parking at a neighbour which allowed us to park.
