Self catering
Self catering, so limited contact with staff. However, when needed anything from reception, we're extremely helpful.
Even popped my mobile phone upto apartment that I'd left on front desk.

i travel 6 times a year 99% of my holidays are booked on this site, TUI do a great job what you see is what you pay updates about transfers when away tui app at your fingertips 24hrs a day all you could ask for, takes the hassle out of booking a holiday, and with TUI being the biggest tour operator in europe you have no worries
