Kakheti Wine region tour
We did Kakheti Wine region tour with Anano, and it has to be one of the best day tours or experiences we have ever done .
We had a broken car and to make up for it , she arranged for wine making, dance and everything and it was so wholesome experience. Family was also so welcoming , definitely would love to do this trip again someday with them.

Holiday Factory, via FAB Bank, promoted a “free holiday” voucher, but they used tactics to force customers to pay extra — including differences, visa fees, and hotel taxes — even though FAB Bank clearly stated it was a free trip. They did not provide the promised free voucher and are only interested in extracting money from customers. The service is unprofessional, misleading, and not recommended. Strongly avoid it

Holiday factory tour to Georgia
We did the Georgia tour with Mr Omar, it was a great experience. He has a knack of explaining things in a fun and exciting way, making all at ease be it kids or adults. Kakheti experience was well curated with personalized care and attention for each one of us.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, The company changed my hotel just before the trip and they claimed its equivalent to my booking. The only downside I saw from the map is that my original booking is close to the city centre and the newly offered hotel is a bit far away. Anyway, I had no choice except to accept their offered hotel.
I arrived late at night and every morning we go for an excursion hence, I never had the time to actually see the hotel from outside during day time. On the last day while waiting for the airport transfer it was my first time to see the hotel from outside during day time. I noticed that the hotel is only 3 stars while my booking was for a 4 stars hotel package.
I took a picture of the panel and sent it to the company by email however they completely ignored me regardless of the reminders.

the worst and the greediest holiday company,
the worst and the greediest holiday company,
they messed up the whole booking, mixed between couple's names and gave us a very bad travel experience as they make us travel 7 hours daily so we can visit another city. as they booked for us in one city only and we request to visit 3 cities.
and when we asked to cancel the booking, they are putting a cancelation policy of 70% nonrefundable & 30% travel credit. excuse me!!!!! who wants to travel with you again?
Please make sure to confirm the booking and looks as you want to be before paying any money.
