I traveled to Baku with Holiday Factory from Dubai and had a good overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable, and the tours covered the main attractions smoothly. Service, transfers, and communication were organized well. My stay was as I envisaged prior to my arrival.
Upon my arrival, the representative was already there waiting for me with the Holiday Factory signage, which is a customary approach they always use to ensure passengers sport the representative just at a glance.

The hotel was well situated; given me accessibility to the majority of the things I needed for a comfortable stay in the city. Breakfast was sumptuous, room very spacious and clean for a solo traveler and the staff welcoming as well.

All the drivers from airport pickup, tours and dropoff have a great personality.

Most Importantly, Tom our tour operator is an amazing person: tolerable, patient and always willing to assist when the need arises. He showed genuine sense is friendship throughout our tour experience — making the moment memorable. I had a little issue with a payment, however, Tom and the entire team were collaborative until I had the issue sorted out.

Holiday Factory has and will always be the channel that first come to my mind whenever I am planning any trip. I have recommended Holiday Factory to friends who are excited to use your services for their potential trips.
