Good online service
I have used Hockeyoffice a couple of times now when the discount price plus postage out weighed a purchase in the UK. Cannot argue with the service.. Email confirmation of order received immediately. Dispatch notice with tracking number received the next day. Item arrived less than a week later in a well packaged box.

Story:
1. I have ordered 3 hockey sticks for 109,20 EUR total.
2. Since Amazon.es recommends to stay calm even if the package doesn't come on time (due to COVID-19 restrictions), got back to see my order status on 23rd of June, 2021.
3. I was surprised to see the status: "DELIVERED", since I have never received this package.
4. I have contacted "Hockeyoffice" through Amazon message center.
5. They have sent me the confirmation of the delivery (filled by the carrier). It clearly had the delivery address incorrect (I attach the picture they have sent to me), the signature was not mine, the ID number was not mine.
6. "Hockeyoffice" have sent the package to: "SIERRA CL PLANTA ..., PUERTA ... N 00S/N,, RINCON DE LA VICTORIA".
7. My address (the one that Amazon gives to the seller; I am hiding the flat details) is: "Sierra de Ronda ..., Bloque ..., Planta ..., Puerta ..., Rincon de la Victoria, Malaga 29..."
8. I contacted "Hockeyoffice" and told them they have filled incorrectly the delivery address and because of that, probably some other person received my order.
9. I requested a refund or the products shipped again, this time with a correct address.
10. "Hockeyoffice" refused to refund, claiming it was my mistake :). And they perfecty knew they had made a mistake with the delivery address - it was clear for both sides.
11. "Hockeyoffice" stopped to respond to my messages. They do not respond to their company e-mail (info at hockeyoffice.com) either.
Conclucions:
1. I have payed 109,20 EUR to "Hockeyoffice" through Amazon.es and have never received the products.
2. The carrier has delivered the package to some other address, because "Hockeyoffice" has provided them with some incorrect delivery address.
3. "Hockeyoffice" refused to refund the order and then simply stopped to respond to my messages.
Advice:
So, my advice is: be careful with "Hockeyoffice". They are sloppy and insolent, their customer service is extremely poor.
And if they make an error, you are the one to pay. And they do not care.
Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller.
