Not only does Hobbylinc carry a wide variety of everything needed for your hobbies but they are quick to answer any questions you might have. On a personal note my dad has dementia and hobbylinc is always there for him., answering questions and allows him to return items that are difficult for him. You make him feel normal. Thanks

I have always had great service over the years,until now.
**I am keeping in mind and appreciate COVID19 has caused a metric shirtload of problems...**
I needed a few things for planned projects. All set for my box to arrive.
Placed my order 31/10/21. Cancelled 31/10/21
USPS are not sending anything to Australia other than by Express. Ridiculously expensive I was informed.
So, not shipping to Australia at all.
How I read that ? "Too bad,so sad- click".
To compare:
I ordered a part for my vehicle from a Connecticut supplier on the 23/12/2021. Arrived at my house in Brisbane Qld ,via FedEx 30/12/21 (Morning).

That supplier offers PayPal and FedEx to Australia.( I really hate typing in my CC details online but for Hobbylinc, I risk it..)
FedEx even offered a 20% discount !

Ordered the amt 40 willys model kit from Hobbylinc.com per the price of a great kit. Also, customers with positive experiences was added influence. I have since ordered a second 40 willys with the same enthusiasm.

Item ordered was correct, shipped in timely manner, and received in tack.

I've had nothing but great expiriences with Hobbylinc. I ordered 1/700 photo etch at a great price and it even arrived 2 days early durring the Christmas rush. This is not the first time I've ordered from Hobbylinc and my previous purchases were equally as good.

I have purchased from Hobbylinc for several years and have never had a problem until now. I never had to return anything but now I am trying to get a return authorization for a recent purchase. The only way to contact this company is through email. I have made 3 attempts to contact them according to their policies with no reply. I guess everything is good when purchasing from them but trying to return an item is another story. Unfortunately I am left with no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the purchase and write this review.🙁

Hobbylinc is highly reliable and attractively priced for model trains. Fulfilling model train purchase has been in good response time and well packed for shipment. Out of about 40 of my orders so far, only 2 were inadvertently problematic and they reacted rapidly with successful results. I enjoy doing business with them.

Order was received promptly. Had no issues with the order. Will order from them again as it seems they have a good and varied inventory of models and accessories.

I will not order from anywhere else after finding this business! I do not have a local way of getting hobby paints and they are my go to now! Always faster than promised shipping times, never had any issues with orders. 10/10

Hobbylinc was the only place that sold my model at a reasonable price. First I was surprised that only Japanese companies made US Submarine models, and then that virtually no one sells them.
There customer service was on point, super fast processing and shipping. I will definitely come back again!

Hobbtlinc came up with a small part for my n-gauge train that i could not get through my "normal" sources. Shipping was as promised and the packaging protected the fragile part well. They are now one of my "normal " train project sources.

I recently purchased the conestoga wagon kit and I have to say your packaging and shipping were OUTSTANDING! I couldn't be happier. Three days from order to delivery are almost unheard of in today's world. You have won a repeat customer! Great job guys!

I placed an order for a model model kit. I checked the order status a couple of days later & I found out I had to update my cc info. Fine. I had recently gotten a new card. I update my info. (No email was sent telling me to update my card.) A few days later I check the status again. Order cancelled due to unavailability. I write to the company asking why I never got an email to let me know the order was cancelled. Their response, we sent you one, maybe check your spam folder. I look again & find the email -- which was time stamped one minute before their email response. Clearly they read my email & shot off the cancellation email as a response. Shady.

This is the first time I have used. I bought a brass tubing. This is perfect. I'm going to building a mushroom spawn lab next. I'm starting the project. I will buy all my wood from here.

Great hobby store, wide range of items, fast service

I've ordered around 53 model kits and accessories and have NEVER had any glitches in shipping! Hobbylinc has very fast service and fair shipping prices.

The kit I ordered arrived in perfect condition. Best of all, shipping charges reflect actual shipping costs, not some arbitrary and inflated charge. I have already ordered more stuff, and will in the future, as well.

Everything I ordered was as advertised. The slow shipping process would be my only worry. Takes a long time to receive orders. But the staff are amazing helpful and friendly

There are three things that make for a great experience with any company from which one orders merchandise, in my opinion. Great prices, great merchandise, and on time shipping that packs the merchandise in order to get it to the customer undamaged. Hobbylink meets all three of these and you can be that I will order from them again!
