TLDR: Stellar service!! Will now be my first stop for all my modeling needs!

I recently placed my first order with Hobbylinc because I liked their easy-to-use website, awesome selection of hard-to-find and common products, and great prices. I was subsequently very impressed with their outstanding service and communications, robust packaging, and quick delivery.

That checks all my boxes, so Hobbylinc now has a new regular customer!

Wonderful selection, fair prices. The only reason I do not give a 5 star review is the time it took to ship my order. After making the order, it was several days before I got an email saying they would be pulling my order from the warehouse in about 4 days. Overall, took almost 2 weeks to get the order from the time I made it. Good thing it was nothing I needed to complete a project. Otherwise very satisfied.

Just received my latest order of paints from Hobbylinc. As usual, the order was in great shape upon receipt, and there were no errors. Everything packaged well for shipment too! I've noticed that the shipping time seems to be quicker lately. I don't know if that's a reflection of my ordering smaller numbers of items at one time or if the mail service is working more efficiently these days, but it's working for me! I'm very happy with the products, prices, and service at Hobbylinc and will be a customer for the foreseeable future. THX, Hobbylinc!

I recently purchased the Cottage Industry 1/72 scale resin kit of the HL Hunley.
It arrived in short order, and as said in the site review, is an elegant model, with nice details. Resin and metal pieces allow several alternatives, and there are also impressive instruction sheets.
They include information and observations by the designer, regarding the Hunley, particularly the spar system (and the debated particular mechanism employed).
They're accompanied by illustrations, drawn and photographed. Obvious is the author's enthusiasm and care in preparing the modeller.
Before beginning the build, I am quite happy with this offering, and intrigued by the other Cottage kits as well.

While the package and contents arrived safely I find it hard to understand that it took 10 days to run a credit card, pick five small items off a shelf ,wrap them and send it 400 miles within the same country. I'm thinking I'll be on the lookout for a different company in the future.

I recently ordered from Hobbylinc and received my order 2 days ago, exactly as I was told. Excellent service and very good prices and selection. Being located in the USA orders arrive in short order. I will order again!

Hobbylinc became my go-to hobby store when the local brick-and-mortar hobby shop closed. They almost always have what I'm looking for, at a decent price, with reliable delivery. The only problem I've ever had was a shipment in which a glass paint jar got broken. I informed them via email, they responded within a few minutes with the option of sending a replacement or reimbursing my credit card, and resolved the matter immediately.

I like 'em!

Have bought prior items with no issue. On last transaction they sent item different from one listed. Got RMA, returned, and still waiting for refund.

Usually great response time. In this age of high gas and lack of enough truck drivers, this company does GREAT. Very nice selection. This is my GO-TO shop for equipment & supplies.
